Key points I noted: Self-awareness → understanding my emotions, habits, strengths. • Core values → figuring out what actually matters and aligning goals with that. • Taking responsibility → no blaming, just ownership. • Mental reset → mindfulness + positive self-talk. • Physical space → decluttering for better focus. • Digital clean-up → controlling distractions and online noise. • Financial basics → knowing income, expenses, savings. • Relationships → staying away from toxic people and valuing supportive ones. • Continuous growth → learning new things and improving every day. I liked that you didn’t make it “motivational only.” It really felt like a step-by-step system.

spending quiet time with myself. No phone, no noise… just me + my thoughts + Allah. He said this habit is underrated but literally life-changing. Quiet time helps with: → creativity → peace → mental clarity → better decisions Even 15 mins a day can fix my direction + discipline. Need to watch my self-talk. Some thoughts trap me… some thoughts free me. Journaling helps give structure to whatever is in my head. Big point: difference between • negative inner chatter (panic, doubt) • conscious inner dialogue (aware, calm) Talking to Allah about my day gives emotional strength. Learned Give myself quiet time daily → more focus, better mindset, more control.

Today’s lesson: Take Ownership. Stop blaming people. Honest truth → this hit me. - Mindset is literally the thing that either blocks me… or pushes me forward. - One line that stood out: “Understanding comes after action.” - Kinda true… I keep waiting to “understand everything” but maybe I just need to start. - Blaming others is sooo easy. - Boss, clients, family… anyone. But he said this slowly kills growth. Makes sense. - Need to shift from blame → reflection. - Ask myself - When something goes wrong → instead of drama or excuses, just switch to: - “Okay… what can I do now?” (Honestly this one question changes everything.) - This mindset improves: • relationships • peace • emotional control • and even money (because I stop wasting time feeling sorry for myself) - Important reminder: This is NOT about guilt. This is about power + control. - When I own my mistakes, I feel more calm, more clear, more confident. Learning From now on whenever I mess up, I’ll ask, “Where did I go wrong? And how can I grow from this?”
