A lesson I'm still learning: You don't always need more motivation. Sometimes you just need more discipline. Motivation comes and goes. Some days you'll feel excited to work. Other days you'll feel like doing nothing. The people who make progress aren't the ones who feel motivated every day—they're the ones who keep showing up even when they don't. I've started asking myself one simple question: "What's the smallest action I can take right now?" Instead of waiting for the perfect mood, I just begin. One email. One page. One workout. One hour of focused work. Small actions repeated consistently will always beat occasional bursts of motivation. Your future isn't built by what you do once. It's built by what you do consistently.
