Got a partner with 13,000+ email subscribers, and a YouTube account with 400k subscribers
This partner has a course that he sells for $500 and a coaching program that costs $300 a month. 1:1 coaching is between 3k to 5k. Out of the 13,000 subscribers, 2,000+ bought the course already. We agreed on a 3 month test where I get a percentage of course, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching sales. I also get a higher percentage if I generate the lead from his YouTube channel or Instagram account. I want to figure out the best way to approach this… He normally opens the course two to three times a year with one of those PLF style funnels. The last time he did this was in May. But he also did a webinar in June as he partnered with another company and they promoted his webinar to their list for free. He got 8k email subscribers from it. The other 5k signed up to a waitlist for his course. 2k out of them already purchased. Since then, he hasn’t opened the doors, but he has emailed his list a couple of times. My plan was to start with a sales saver campaign (to people who attended the webinar and didn’t buy), get some sales through it, and also figure out the objections/beliefs the subscribers have, and then send belief shifting emails to the entire list. First to promote the course, then a group coaching program at 3k. Please let me know if this is a good plan, or if it's too late for a sales saver campaign and what would be the best way to approach this?

@James Foster Thank you for sharing this. How do I do a poll to an email list? I thought that was only for Skool and FB groups.
I Helped My Partners Add $500K+ Over The Past 7 Months
In 2024, I partnered with 11 business owners, but only 4 of them were responsible for all the revenue I generated... One partnership stood out above the rest, contributing over 60% of the total revenue. Since June, I’ve helped this partner add $325,000 in additional revenue. The goal now is to grow this new profit center to $1M by 2025. We’ve already kicked off 2025 with a bang… We recently wrapped up a campaign for one of his high-ticket coaching programs, enrolling 35 people and generating $87,300+ in revenue. My share? 30% of the sales. I’m also teaming up with some fellow Ronins, like @Kevin K-woww Nguyen , who reached out to do a JV with one of his partners to bring some of these products to his audience. We ran a great campaign together, and we’re still seeing sales roll in—even without actively promoting it anymore lol Another partner who contributed to that revenue, had a buyers list of just 4,000 people, and we ran a 10-day campaign that generated $96,000 in sales. After that, we did a JV with one of his friends promoting a paid webinar for a high ticket coaching program for $5,000. We charged $17 for registration, got 180 people, and ran a T3 campaign offering the program. We enrolled 10 people for the coaching program, with the webinar doing all the pre-selling. When the coaching program ended, we made the recordings available for $997, adding 12 more sales. In total, that campaign pulled in $65,000 from just 180 people who paid to attend the webinar. Right now, I’m working on creating a Skool community for this partner. We’re taking his 4,000+ FB group buyers and building a Skool group from scratch. Here’s the game plan: We’re taking his 4,000+ FB group buyers and building an exclusive Skool group just for people who’ve purchased his online program in the past. We’re also creating a free Skool group to funnel leads from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. The plan is to seed the free group, deliver value, and promote the online program.

Amazing @David Botella !!
4 things a Ronin could do this weekend to have coffee dates next week
Hopefully this is helpful for someone. There are a bunch of things we can do this weekend if we want coffee dates next week. When I saw it this clearly... NOT having coffee dates became a CHOICE for me instead of a CURSE inflicted on me. 1 - 1-1 warm outreach to people who know you. [use the "with your permission" framework] Most likely to get the best responses. 2 - 1-1 cold outreach to people who don't know you. [with your permission framework] 2nd most likely to get good responses. 3 - 1-many warm outreach [such as posting on social media] Might get something. Has kinda sucked for me for partner getting. 4 - 1-many cold outreach [I'm doing it with cold email, could be done with paid ads] Prolly won't work worth a damn if #1 isn't already working for you. Every day I don't do some combination of 1, 2, and 4 I'm CHOOSING to not get coffee dates and partners. I don't know what YOU should or shouldn't do. I can only tell you what I'm doing and how it's working. It might only work for me. I might be special in some way. Maybe the coffee date fairy sprinkled me with magic dust while I was sawing logs. I don't know, I was asleep.

@Jim Niswonger Thank you for sharing these. Where can you find the “with your permission” framework?

🔥Hot dayum! It's on. Our 1st ever Coffee Date Challenge. We'll kick off next week... BUT... Let's get the "~10 minutes of CRITICAL research" underway. 👀👀(SEE PIC attached)👀👀 You'll want to do this for every person you want to get on a coffee date with. If they aren't interesting enough to do 10 minutes of research... They proooollllly aren't good partner material for you? You will want at least ONE to start with. Ideally 10... To get on a couple of coffee dates. Ya dig? After you've done the research for at least ONE partner put DONE in the comments below. 👉HEADS UP: If nobody comes out to play... 👉👉I will shut her down. TIP: Google and social profiles are your friends. I like to start with books I've read. I've also used courses I've taken and products I've purchased. What are some partner criteria? For me... I look to partner in areas I am naturally drawn to and the potential partner has a clearly different and unique angle/philosophy/plan to remove PRESENT PAIN from people they care about. I want to help sell desperately needed MEDICINE...not nice to have, preventative VITAMINS. AFTER that... I look at economics. How many products/programs do they have? It's way harder to get deals and have great first dates with a biz that only has ONE product. It also means they probably haven't been around long. Find their program/product pages. (this is different for SAAS) Do they have one product? 3? 5? How long have they been around? (The longer the better because it means they've got more CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS.) Then I look at my income goals per partner. Let's say you want every partner to bring in at least $10k per month... Now work backwards. If they have a $5,000 program and you get 30%... That's $1500 per sale. Now look at their audience size (roughly) and flow... Will it support that? If they say they've sold 3,000 programs in the last 3 years... Then we've got a starting pool of 3000 customers...and they are doing roughly 100 sales per month.
