I just got my numbers back: Total T: 702 Free T: 3.9 Could this be why my muscle growth seems very limited? I’m 68 and have been working out for the past 1.5yrs. I started following ur routine about 3 months ago. My weight has increased by 10lbs to 180 since I started trading. I’m 5’ 10”. I follow ur super set routine for chest, back and arms. I work on chest mondays and fridays. I also do 650 crunches per week. And 20 minutes of sauna daily after each work out. My work out is usually about 1hr 15 minutes. Thought?

I added it today to my arm workout. In addition to this , I also did the pulley overhead pulls plus reverse curls on the pulley. Total workout was about 1:15 followed by 20 minute dry sauna. Tomorrow abbs!

I'm 68yrs old and started working 1.5 yrs ago 5 days a week. I started following ur routine (supersets light weight) about 2 months ago. I also had a total shoulder replacement 7yrs ago that failed (long story) and was left with chronic pain and very limited movement. Since working out, my shoulder movement has improved significantly by pain is a constant. My son thinks I should take creatinine as my muscles are always sore and I have very little growth from training. Thoughts? Also, I switched to only protein diet about 2 weeks ago. Since I started training I have gained 10lbs. I also use a dry sauna for 20 minutes daily. What am I missing?

@Keith Hanenian Esq Thank you! I take fish oil! Will start Creatine. Clothes fit about the same. Thanks again, ur workout advice is amazing! I was totally caught up in the heavier weight syndrome and intense cardio. Workouts are down from 2hours to 1:15. Super sets rule!!
