I just got my numbers back: Total T: 702 Free T: 3.9 Could this be why my muscle growth seems very limited? I’m 68 and have been working out for the past 1.5yrs. I started following ur routine about 3 months ago. My weight has increased by 10lbs to 180 since I started trading. I’m 5’ 10”. I follow ur super set routine for chest, back and arms. I work on chest mondays and fridays. I also do 650 crunches per week. And 20 minutes of sauna daily after each work out. My work out is usually about 1hr 15 minutes. Thought?

Where can someone view all of your workout videos. Why not have them on a website where you have to sign in ?

You give descriptions of our exercises but is there a place to see video so I can make sure my form is correct?

I like your routines using light weights with four to six sets with 12 to 16 reps. I am not gaining weight, however; I am getting more ripped and getting stronger. I am in my 48th year of law enforcement and weight training is unquestionably a stress relief. Keep the videos and tips coming. What do you do for cardio?
Starting Over
In the last two years I’ve lost a tremendous amount of muscle mass and am now dealing with loose skin over my entire body. I am desperate to try and start resistance training again despite my chronic pain. I have to do something to change the trajectory of my physical and mental future and start living again after 15 years of living life on the sidelines. I fortunately discovered Keith’s YouTube videos and feel his approach is one that I can follow despite my current physical decline. I hope that lifting lighter weights can become the foundation to hopefully start building muscle at 58. Keith, is there any particular advice or wisdom you can provide to help me begin to rebuild my body? Thank you, Phil
