How I’ve Been Using AI to Level Up My Dating Communication
Over the last few months, I’ve been quietly using ChatGPT as a communication training partner — and it’s helping me generate better relationships with myself and women. Here’s what I’ve been doing, and how it’s helped me show up more masculine and grounded in relationships: 1. I use ChatGPT to analyze my dating communication Whenever I’m unsure about a text, a frame, or a dynamic, I drop it into ChatGPT and ask: - What frame am I operating from? - Is this masculine or approval-seeking? - What’s the energy behind this message? - How would a grounded, non-reactive man respond? It gives me feedback that’s direct, emotionally neutral, and aligned with the masculine polarity principles we study in MOA. 2. I use it to identify my patterns It’s helped me see things like: - When I’m trying to people-please vs. lead - When I’m leaking insecurity - When I’m texting from anxiety instead of abundance - When I’m over-investing vs. holding frame This has made my communication more confident, concise, and intentional. 3. I use it to practice better responses Pretty much daily, I will send a voice-to-text message in ChatGPT reflecting on my day and curreny relationship challenges and limiting beliefs I've discovered. Each morning, I reflect on my limiting beliefs and replace them with more beneficial ones. 4. I also use ChatGPT for emotional awareness Sometimes I’m not reacting to a girl — I’m reacting to my own inner state. It helps me break down: - where I felt needy - where I got triggered - where I wanted reassurance - where my old patterns were coming up This has made me way more self-aware, calm, and decisive. 5. The results Since doing this: - My communication has become simpler and stronger - I overthink messages way less - I stay in my masculine frame more consistently - My dating experiences feel more relaxed and fun - I’m more aware of my triggers and emotional patterns After watching Michael Sartain's recent Text game video on YouTube I feel much of the same mindset shifts I'm making yield the same actions Michael recommends:
