GGBB Session Seven is Available!
#GGBB Session #7 11/8/2025 is a special one for me. It is a solution to a personal injury from EXACLY nine years ago this week, and the second iteration of solutions to an injury from when I was a wee lad of 19. PLUS, this healed my shoulder earlier this year/late last year while working with a one on one client for a totally different reason. This Back session is equally a Shoulder solution extraordinaire, and a personal favorite because of my history with it.

Thanks Master Coach @Andre Victorian ! I need to look in this mirror. I do what I say I will. I’m glad I started this journey with me, myself and I in mind. I know other people and I just love to train myself most right now! Working on getting adequate sleep and enough nutrients for my output.

#Muscle Adaptation Summary This took me way too long to reduce in size. It was previously 35 pages, and I had to give it more specific direction. The link below represents the FIRST of many documents that detail the methods, modalities, and meaning that originate with our intended outcomes. This document may get updated, but as a recovering perfectionist - I decided to share what was meaningful rather ruminate over what could be even better. Please use the link below, and learn more of the terminology that unfolds the strategies that make FLE❌THEORY successful and relevant as a lifestyle. Fix Your Knees Session One is Live! (Unlocks at level 3)
Busy Week! HOF #6 yesterday, Fix Your Knees #1 today, another new category for the back tomorrow, and more Strength Stretching later this week! Fix Your Knees is deceivingly effective at forcing the soft tissue around your knees into adaptation mode in a short amount of time. Each of these training sessions will build on the last one, increase in material, volume, and intensity. Great for runners, dancers, fighters, sprinters, and every other biped that happens to have knees.

THIS!! Backstory time: I’ve jumped out of a few planes and ran my knees ragged. They are Velcro-crunchy. I was going through the motions on this one. The tension is where it is!! I’m starting to see what we are doing with the tension. I’ll articulate it once I fully grasp the explanation. Thank you so much sir @Andre Victorian Moving on to the next soon.
