Building Outbound Voice Agents at Scale - DIDs, Spam Filtering & Multi-Client Architecture
Hey everyone, I'm running an AI voice agent for insurance outbound. The agent works well, but my telephony layer failed. Using one number got spam-tagged fast. Buying fresh Twilio numbers didn't help, they were instantly marked spam/not-connect. I'm not looking for "use more numbers" advice. I want the playbook for doing outbound at scale without burning DIDs. Specifically: 1. Trust/Reputation - How do you build/maintain trust score + avoid spam labeling across carriers? - Is branded caller ID (Hiya/First Orion/TNS) mandatory now? 2. Number Pool Management - What's a realistic DID-to-calls/day ratio? - Rotation rules that actually work? - Local presence vs toll-free: what's performing better? 3. Setup Per Client I want to offer this to multiple clients. I assume each brand needs: - its own TCR/A2P registration - its own DID pool - its own attestation level - subaccount architecture under my master account Is this the right structure, or should every client have their own full provider account? Any architecture diagrams or benchmarks for answer rate trends would be huge help. Thanks.

n8n Metdata -> Retell Dynamic Variable
I am building an outbound call agent on Retell AI. Right now, on my http request, I include the customer's name in the metadata sent. However, Retell is not registering this name as the {{customer_name}}. Does anyone know what may be some root problems? I have included the transcript and data from the latest call history.

Retell not creating outbound calls
Hi everyone, I have created some Retell Agents for demo purposes and have integrated them with a form where the client will add information like phone number and name. Then I have a make scenario that takes this data and creates a call using the Retell API. This works perfectly for numbers from the US and India; however, it doesn’t work for some other countries, such as Singapore or Malta. I am getting a “dial_failed” error. Note: I am using Twilio number (imported to Retell using SIP trunking).

Retell outbound call issue
Hi everyone, Is anyone using Retell for AI voice agents and delivering to the clients from Europe or Singapore? If yes, from what platform are you using to purchase the number to make outbound calls? I am using Twilio and have US numbers, but when I am doing outbound calls from Retell to Malta or Singapore numbers, I am getting a "dial_failed" error. Any idea what could be causing this?

Shopify price rule and discount
Hi, Has anyone before worked on creating price rules and discounts programmatically using the Shopify API? I have been trying it, but every time I send a post request to the price_rule endpoint instead of creating a new price rule, it's just returning me the list of price_rules and discounts I've created manually from the Shopify dashboard. Any help would be appreciated.
