In the US, we need written consent to call leads. Does anyone have a good strategy to get written consent for a client that wants lead reactivation, but does not currently have consent to robocall.

Does anyone have any good demos for an outbound payment collect voice agent? Looking for some inspiration for my next build.

I am building an outbound call agent on Retell AI. Right now, on my http request, I include the customer's name in the metadata sent. However, Retell is not registering this name as the {{customer_name}}. Does anyone know what may be some root problems? I have included the transcript and data from the latest call history.
