Retell not creating outbound calls

Hi everyone,

I have created some Retell Agents for demo purposes and have integrated them with a form where the client will add information like phone number and name. Then I have a make scenario that takes this data and creates a call using the Retell API.

This works perfectly for numbers from the US and India; however, it doesn’t work for some other countries, such as Singapore or Malta. I am getting a “dial_failed” error.

Note: I am using Twilio number (imported to Retell using SIP trunking).
