n8n Metdata -> Retell Dynamic Variable

I am building an outbound call agent on Retell AI. Right now, on my http request, I include the customer's name in the metadata sent. However, Retell is not registering this name as the {{customer_name}}. Does anyone know what may be some root problems?

I have included the transcript and data from the latest call history.
