I'm usually a vapi user switching over to retell, I was wondering if anyone knew how to embed retell onto a lovable/bolt website as a demo site since retell doesnt have it's own demo link like vapi does.

Hey everyone! Mehul here :) I wanted to share a few tips that I wish I knew as a beginner and I'm sure will help tons of other beginners. I've also been seeing a lot of posts from beginners asking for guidance & tips so thought I'd make this post. 1. Establish Your Foundations. This includes an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), website, branding, lead gen, outreach plan, system you're selling, and offer. These are the core of your business so make sure you get them right. 2. Nobody cares about "This has AI-Powered Technology which can...", They care about "This System can save you 70 hours per month which can be converted into Billable Hours & Generate 2-3 New Appointments every week for your business. Don't sell the technology, sell the result. 3. Don't undervalue yourself. From what I've seen many people undervalue themselves thinking that prospects wouldn't buy if they went higher. I've had this happen to me since I'm from a third world country and $1000 means a lot more to me than it would to someone from a first world country. However you need to understand that people have different perspectives of money depending on their situation. So target first world countries & don't undervalue yourself! 4. Learn. Action. Learn the rest later. - I used to get everything perfect and learn everything before even starting my outreach. But I saw that other people were getting clients on their first week. That's when it hit me that they're figuring things out as they go and all they've done is just establish their foundations, and they've already started outreach. You can learn development once you actually need to develop or even hire a developer such as myself to do it for you but take action and don't stay still. The worst thing you can do is Stay Still. 5. Get testimonials from everyone & make case studies. Proof sells more than anything. Even if you have to do 1-2 free clients at the start, get testimonials & case studies. You'll see what I mean once it actually starts to get you more clients.

Client experience is Extremely Important. This is what makes them want to work with you over and over again. Here are a few tips to Improve Life For Both sides & Increase Value and Credibility: 1. Onboarding: Most people go along with onboarding by simply texting their client on all the information, api's, One-Time Passwords & 2FA (Most annoying) and whatnot that they need. Most people with common sense will at least teach the client how to do it over textt but there's aMajorr Flaw with this sort of system... You will KILL your client's experience and most likelybloww past your deadline. Why? Even though everything goes smoothly in your mind, that's not how the world plays out. As a client with a business it is extremely annoying for them for you to message them every few hours asking for this or that and all these API keys where they have to do work or 10 different 2FA Codes to connect their software to your automation. The best way to proceed with this is extremely simple yet Effective. Onboarding Calls. That's right. That's it. Get them on a 30-minute call & walk them through everything live. Not a developer? Ask your developer to do it. This makes it so they not only have a much easier time giving you access to the APIs and such but a MAJOUR thing is that now they won't be receiving a million notifications about them having a OTP/2FA code that you need since you can get their 2FA code for connecting software on the call!
