@Luca van Straalen hi Luca, great to see you here. I'm from the Netherlands too but answer In English, so others can read it too. Great initiative of you!
Besides having a perfect method to manage a LOT of content in an ordered and structured way with The Content Engine, it's also important to have a Content Posting Strategy. For example: know what content to create exactly, for which platforms, and the posting frequencies. Youtube shorts? Youtube long form? TikTok? Facebook? Instagram? LinkedIn? Of course this differs per niche, but what could be a good posting strategy?

@Francis Waldecker But the titles only purpose is to grab attention so that they read further on what this is all about. It should trigger interest or a "What?" or "HUH?" reaction that at the same time answers a question for the reader. Even if they didn't know they have such a question (i.e. how to easily scale my content production). Then further on, you can make clear WHY it's 99%. From what I've learned so far, and it's not exact science or mathematics, is, that it's A LOT that's being automated. 100% would even be possible, IF you also learn how to get a team to do the rest. But what fun is that? So I think 99% is quite accurate and it sounds smooth ;-)
Mayur pointed me to this AI video service. I'm blown away. It made a cool promo video for the Kontent Engine DB, and All I did was provide this simple prompt: "I've got a new product that can organize and automate the creation, production and distribution process for a content team" Then I told the AI the audience โ Marketing teams And the feel โ Minimal And the platform โ YouTube I also made one small tweak to the script itself (which you can modify and it will rerender the video). I had it include a more specific problem statement. The original was a little generic (I wrote this out manually in their editor). I also include the tools by name, Airtable, Zapier, Google Drive, etc. I added this manually to the script as well. I probably added 10 to 15 words. And here is the end result. I could see fine tuning it a lot. I'm not blown away by the b-roll they used, but I think with the help of a real editor to fill in the video with real footage, it could be pretty cool. It's a cool headstart on the process. The main thing I noticed was that the AI spent most of the time articulating the problems and the possibility of a better future instead of features. Which I thought was interesting. Watch and let me know what you think in the comments!

Sure, this is just one of hundreds of short blog teaser videos we are going to publish soon everywhere. Btw, this one is 16:9 but vidon auto creates them in 9:16 and 1:1 too.

@Sadiq Mugisha English please
Hey @Stephen G. Pope , I have a question about your community setup/strategy. Hope it's okay to ask here. I see you offer free material/lessons here. And I see you have a paid product. The free lessons are released per level, which encourages people to be active in your community. I tested this in your community and it works. When I feel I want more, I feel the need to interact more, collect likes, etc. which is good. This model I can work with in my own community too. But is the paid material the same? Or does it have (many) more lessons? Obviously it gets harder to collect enough levels to get everything for free. And personally I think there should be a difference between free and paid. Can you please explain more about this? Thanks for offering a great community! Michel

@Stephen G. Pope Awesome! Thanks for clearing this up.
Does the paid program also teach how to automatically create videos with captions, etc. based on text, blog URL or ChatGPT input? Currently using vidon.AI for that, which creates videos in 3 sizes: horizontal, square and vertical.

I'm also using sincode.AI to grab the blog content by its URL. This is something ChatGPT doesn't do, since it cannot access the internet directly. But sincode does, and then it prepares a prompt and sends it to chatGPT. Then I get a complete email text back + subject, CTA, etc. How awesome would it be to insert this also in the Content Engine and then via Zapier, insert the email into your autoresponder. Maybe also add something when a blog is published and then take all the actions above? I think the possibilities are endless!
Breaking my head about this... I have a product in 3 levels. L1 = $97/mo. Dripped content L2 = $297/mo. Dripped content L3 = $997 one time payment. Access to everything. L1 is a basic course L2 contains L1 content + more tools, etc. L3 contains L1+L2 content + more, and access to all lessons at once.(if u want fast results). Setting up L1 is easy. But how to combine them with L2 and L3? How to set this up in Skool? 3 different communities? Or can I have 3 different classrooms?

@Stephen G. Pope they're done and ready to be sold. I setup a whole circus in WordPress: WooCommerce, Subscriptions, membership stuff, etc. But it's a lot of work to get it right. So that's why I am considering Skool...

@Stephen G. Pope I learned that I need to create 3 communities, which is a shame. I woul prefer to have one community with different classrooms. But that is not an option, at least for now. So community 1 and 2 will use the Skool subscription payment integration. Content is dripped. Community 3 will be an external payment processor, because it's a one-time payment.
We're launching a new tool (internally) and thought maybe everyone would like access to it. In a nutshellโit's a library of creative content that can be used for inspiration to create, produce, and distribute more content for yourself. I'm using Airtable to capture everything โ LOOK HERE. Why? We want to grow and create better content at higher volumes (easily). So we needed something to help us capture what we wanted to create and a way to document how to create it. Then our team could execute it. I've only added a few different pieces of content so far, the obvious stuff. But we'll start to add a lot more shortly as we document the creative stuff we'd like to try to help grow the business. We've been looking at a lot of successful creators and documenting some of their tactics. A couple of examples are... - The "Gary Vee" which represents taking long-form videos and breaking them into clips. - The famous "Twitter Pic" where people repurpose Twitter posts into images for other platforms. I've also added a few typical production workflows, like Podcast, Live show etc. Check it out HERE. Like the idea? comment "useful" in the comments so I know who you are! I may add it to the "Classroom" too.

Yes, very useful
" How to automatically STEP by STEP generate more appointments and sales by automating the process of collecting reviews from your satisfied customers. ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ญ - Customer purchases and is happy ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฎ - After approximately 1-hour a message (email or text) is sent confirming the client was happy with the experience & makes the first request for review ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฏ - Some clients will leave a review ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฐ - After 1 week send a message giving an unexpected bonus to the satisfied client. Once again and ask for them to leave a review (Do not make bonus conditional of review) ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฑ - After 1 week repeat step 4 ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฒ After 2 weeks repeat step 4 By staying in touch with your new client at the time they are most likely to be happy and excited with your product or service you massively increase the chances of clients leaving your business a review. Also if for any reason your clients are unhappy it will give you an early opportunity to "๐ฑ๐ถ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ด ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต" and therefore preventing negative reviews which can kill your reputation. Additionally, because you have a system that will bring a steady flow of reviews into your business you can use these reviews in your marketing which in turn will lock out your competitors but also will boost your rankings online. Just think of a virtually no-cost method of generating more and more clients which can run on autopilot bringing you a steady flow of new leads and appointments with your ideal clients.

The 1st request for review after an hour is way too short, because most of them didn't even have the time to check out what they bought. Or is this request meant to get a review of the order process? Or is it about their experience up until then? Can you please clarify? And step 5 and 6. Are you giving another unexpected gift every repeat step? Or do you kind of repeat the same email?
