When creators have an option to pay them to promote your products, what does this mean?
Hey. I recently saw a fitness creator who listed a 1K offer for brands to pay him to promote a brand's product. He already has offers which are decent, but what does this mean about the person's mindset? If we looked deep in their head, could this mean trouble or it's positive? It may be nothing too. I dunno.

CDOD - Outreach Copy Question
Happy Monday everyone! Question for ya @Travis Sago So I just got a bunch of prospects... Looking to run the giving funnel... The thing is these folks are NOT Skool owners. They're just regular folks where there main asset is good 'ol email as far as I can tell. The question is... Do I change the CDOD swipe at all to not mention Skool? Or do I keep the copy "as is" ? I feel if I keep Skool in the copy there could be a "huh?" disconnect. I could be completely wrong tho đŸ€· Curious how other CDOD folks have done it ... @James Richardson @Marcus Karl @David Botella @Chris Dyson @Evan DeVries

@Chris Dyson Is that where your 'usually' line should be about, in the first place?
Struggling to open convo's with SaaS business owners
I've been looking into local SaaS businesses. Travis emphasizes on opening with a personal point to get the conversation rolling. Problem is, most of the SaaS business owners I come across has set their FB/IG on private and all they talk about on LinkedIn is the feature they have implemented. Compared to course creators and coaches they seem to live a more sheltered life. I have tried opening with "Do you have open capacity for more subscribers for X?" But I feel like I get lumped in with the 1000 of other marketing agencies pitching them. Any thoughts?

@Honey Syed I’ve found that recognizing signals—like someone running ads (a sign they’re growing) or SaaS fitness companies doing certain things—shows you what actually matters and what you should talk about. A Symptom-to-System or Symptom-to-business/business-model research.

@Travis Sago Sure. What I do now is look at the avatar behind the offer. So if they say they help men over 30 lose 30 lbs, I think about what kind of life that person actually has. Most of the time, they’re in a really busy phase of life. They’ve got teenagers going to middle school, and at the same time their parents are getting older. So there are a lot of reasons why they wouldn’t show up on a call. It's discovered by asking something like Gemini: what are real reasons people in that situation don’t show up for a fitness consultation? I also read Reddit comments to understand the actual problems that avatar has, and to see what people really say or complain about when it comes to that kind of person.
Are these emails too simple (writen follow-ups - bad or good?)
Nowadays I do a bit of research on someone, then keep a few of the email sentences the same. My style is going for a quick yes or no. Sometimes, if I see an opening, I’ll ask something like: “Hey, saw you’re dealing with a lot of critique. Can imagine it’s hard to defend your methodology in the comments, has it gotten easier over the years!?” But most of the time, I keep it simple and go with this: Message 1: Hey Alan, Like the unique training videos on Instagram. Indeed not repetitive. Also noticed you're pushing a 6 Week FUNCTIONAL SHRED CHALLENGE. I got a cool way to let more people participate in your 6 week challenge. Can I share what I had mind? - Matt Message 2: Alan, Know you're busy and getting many messages like these. If we decided to do this, I'd focus on bringing people clicked "Get Started" and left their email on the 6 week challenge back in without upfront cost to you or you needing to lift a finger. Not promising this would work, but pretty sure it can. What do you think? - Matt Message 3: Usually it’s done by sending five simple, 6th-grade-level emails and a Google Doc. We’d start with a small test first. Everything written in your voice. Then I’d only follow up 1–1 with the people who responded to one of the five emails—working through the list after we test a small portion and clearly see there’s interest. Worth testing, you think? – Matt ________ Message 4: dumb idea? Message 5: Happy to park here if it's not useful Message 6: If bringing people to the finish line who were interested but didn't buy ever becomes of interest, I'm around. Rooting for you eitherway, -Matt Any suggestions, or does this look pretty decent? Open for hearing feedback.

CDOD WTF!
Yoooooo! So I just came off my first full week of having my CDODO machine cranking and HOLY SHIT. I've sent out to MAAAAYBE 100 peeps at this point...10 replies...7 of which were positive. Will any of them turn into auctions? Or Found Money partners? I dunno... I do know that this is a pretty tough to beat lead gen model. @Travis Sago ...this is beautiful, man. Nice work putting this together.
