Nice to meet you here @Alyssa Venere. LinkedIn also used to be my fav platform (that is, until they turned increasingly soft-in-their-brains which isn't so much fun anymore; still a few good "marketing puffs" left in there IMO), but I'm exploring more Alt platforms now -- which also in a way includes Skool :) Anyway, good luck with everything here!

Hello @Angela H, nice to meet you. Very similar here on many points. Calling Twitter now X for no good reason, to me seems like killing what used to be a popular brand name (more than Building-a-spaceship; which is nonsense anyway)! I do like a number of Elon Musk's other moves like firing the asses of the Jack-Dorsey-criminals though ;) Overall, there's more potential (also from a marketing-PoV) on the up-and-comint Alt platforms which I'm exploring, including here on Skool.

Newest Scam Goes Beyond "Just" Cold DMs
To prevent Skool.com from being tarnished by increasing numbers of Spam and other Less-than-wonderful schemes, these characters (two sample screenshots attached) and many similar ones should be brought to Ted's and maybe Sam Ovens' attention to be eliminated ASAP before damaging the entire platform's reputation. They are starting what appears to be fake groups like this one https://www.skool.com/leanna-chhoun-8937/about all over Skool.com as a whole, apparently trying to build or nourish some pyramid schemes or claiming they know "great trading methods" and what not. Also interesting to see these jokers are indiscriminately connecting-up with multiple shiploads of users within under a week after joining the Skool platform; but then suddenly not willing to communicate with more DMs or Follow-features on here (but preferring Text and WhatsApp). Plus, almost nobody wants to follow them back: only a handful despite their own multi-thousands of "Followings". Very weird. Anyway, looks to me like those profiles and "groups" aren't being set up for any real purpose. I can see from some of the Wall-of-Shame entries that this should "look familiar" to many other group members in here too... Currently "applying" to one of those shady "groups" to find out more. Will keep updating this post as soon as I can gather more details.

oh yeah, "Susan Brown": heard of her a lot over the last few days too @Blake Gurnee...

UPDATE: it looks like unf I am not able to get accepted into Leanna Chhoun's scammer group so far -- application "pending" for 8 days now with no status change. So it's unlikely we can see what these Turn-$xyz-groups really intend doing, as of now.
How do you use AI for your business?
I'll start: It's simple to use, but I created a customGPT for my own business, I told this GPT everything about my business. In this way, when I want to improve my business or have a brainstorm, I can talk to Chatgpt with a good command of the context.

I tried it, and AI is not at all working for mine @Baran Serhat Özer. Turns out that nobody really want those average results AI spits out -- myself included, actively avoiding anything that remotely "looks AI" for regurgitating the same nonsense over and over again! AI is like a bad primary school, "rewarding" pupils (users) for repeating average nonsense while being unable to creatively use any real innovation (because it's not yet stored in those databases that AI is "trained" on). If you go to Youtube, you want to find something new, not REMAKES of the first five most common Google SERP entries that I can find myself -- without AI, only using basic monkey-level skills I also have myself ;) So the only thing I can figure it might be useful for would be accelerating your average search-engine use by speeding it up with AI. Don't be surprised if you'll never come up with that "holy grail" of anything new, when limiting your own approach or potential through AI-use though.

I hear you @Caleb Pfeiffer , totally. Reminds me of how I did it too, you become kind of an "editor" to someone else's wrok; sometimes totally need to re-write the stuff, but you're right, it may still be helpful sometimes (and makes you thnk less, which may be a good or a bad thing, IDK)... At least it makes stuff faster, especially on days that I'm not really in the mood so much!
What's the hardest part about making content for you guys?
For me, it's scripting. I tend to run out of ideas! Let me know what it is for you guys

hardest part is consistently keeping on it, for two reasons @Joe Jarrell: (1) is finding an appropriate room (due to constraints when it comes to finding a proper background and setup), which (2) makes overcoming the common "videographer's block" (to borrow from writers here) even harder, as you're then fighting TWO hurdles instead of just one...

funnily enough, I do not find scripting that hard @Tanya Z and @Joe Jarrell. Actually I wish it'd all be as easy as just having a script and having someone else video-produce it (in order to get around the roadblocks I mentioned, below). Having a script lets you spin all types of content off it, including (especially) headless videos. So if the *scripting* part is something that bothers you guys, why not have someone write an "article" for you and then convert it to any of the other appropriate types of content (from YT-videos, to online courses, to audiobooks and what not). Might be the solution for this type of situation!
Can Anyone Recommend Any Good Books?
Hey Contentpreneurs! I have 6 credits available on Audible which I haven't used! I’m looking for some audiobooks on mindset, manifestation, business, entrepreneurship and productivity. Can anyone recommend any good books they have read / listened to? Cheers. Sam 😊

nice choice @Baran Serhat Özer -- and on a possibly more pedestrian level, I'd also include Robert Kiyosaki, The Cashflow Quadrant: provides a very good structure and overview of where you want to go (and why)...

Possibly on a "more pedestrian" level, as I called it above, I'd also include Robert Kiyosaki, The Cashflow Quadrant. The book provides a very good structure and overview of where you want to go (and why)! It also nicely adds to a number of the others that have already been mentioned here.
