Nourishing your mind, body and spirit.
TAKING ACTION: ✅ After reading today’s post, comment NOURISH below if you’re ready to learn some tips on how to comprehensively nourish your body! If time permits, let me know how you’re feeling overall. “If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.” ~Hippocrates You must make the turn if you want to continue your journey. I believe that when you keep going, you eventually learn to love the journey—you fall in love with nourishing your mind and body. ❤️ Learning how to nourish your body is important, but the ultimate goal is that it becomes your life—that you crave nourishment because of the way it makes you feel. If that seems like a far-fetched idea, I encourage you to show up this week. It may feel like a distant dream from where you’re standing right now, but remember, Point Z looks very different depending on where you’re standing. If you’re standing at Point A, a lifestyle of nourishing your body won’t happen overnight. It might take months or even years. That’s okay. As long as you’re progressing, that’s all that matters because progression means you’re evolving. Progression means you’re changing. Progression means you’re growing. Nourishment isn’t punishment. It’s life-giving, and there are numerous ways to nourish your body that we’re going to discuss this week. Once you truly believe and embody comprehensive nourishment, there’s no going back…🫶

Nourishing is very important to me
Tuesday Eats 🥘
⬇️ Nourishing your body tip #1⬇️ Learn what your body needs in terms of macronutrients. Don’t just track and forget it. Pay attention. That doesn’t mean you have to track all the time, etc., but you do need to be aware of what your body needs in terms of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Learning what you need and how your body feels can feel a little confusing at first, but eventually, you’ll just know—and once you know, you can’t “unknow.” It’s hard to ignore it once you’re aware of how great or terrible foods make you feel. You certainly don’t have to track everything you eat to practice awareness. For example, if you eat a hefty portion of carbohydrates early in the day, you’re probably aware that you need to focus on getting in your protein and fat for the rest of the day. You don’t have to obsess about it, but if you want proper nourishment to become your lifestyle, you need to be aware of what your body needs (and how it feels) at the very least. 👌 Tuesday Recipe: Speaking of nourishing your body, you know I couldn’t wrap up without giving you a delicious recipe! Check out these gluten-free/dairy-free no-bake protein bites! You can thank me later…😉 Cinnamon Breakfast Bites with Protein

I found this and thought it was interesting I’m gonna get a food processor, and try this soon. It shows at the top how to do it I’m not sure what you’d put the oven on to bake, But I bet it’s the same as other cookies

Reset Focused Day
TAKING ACTION: ✅ Comment READY if you’re leaning into rest, awareness, or a lighter day today! 🔥 Today is about resetting your system. This could mean lighter eating, more hydration, more stillness, or simply more awareness. When digestion and stimulation slow down, your body often has more capacity for repair, clarity, and nervous system balance. Potential benefits of a reset-focused day: • Improved mental clarity • Better energy regulation • Nervous system support • Digestive ease • Stronger connection to hunger and fullness signals Tips for today ⬇️ ⭐️ Hydrate consistently. Water and electrolytes throughout the day support balance. ⭐️ Stay gently active. Walking, stretching, or breathwork keep circulation flowing. ⭐️ Honor your energy levels. Rest when needed—this is part of strength. ⭐️ Ease back into meals if you’ve gone lighter. Start simple and build from there. ⭐️ Limit stimulation. Less screens, more quiet, better sleep. You’re not chasing discipline—you’re building trust with your body. That’s real progress.

Ready! So I reset yesterday and it felt good. Taking a walk in the forest I came out more clear I am being more intentional with hydrating to help my nervous system. That’s my first step and went to bed an hour earlier.
Friday Wins!!
TAKING ACTION:✅ Share one win from this week—big or small! 🎉 ✅ What’s one intention you’re setting for the weekend? Wins aren’t always dramatic. Sometimes they look like drinking more water. Going for a walk. Pausing before reaching for food.Going to bed earlier. Those are the habits that quietly change everything. When you celebrate progress, your brain learns to look for success instead of shortcomings. And that’s how momentum is built. ✨ Let’s hear those wins!

My win. I have been doing 1% better since Feb. 1 and realizing how important it is to do this for me! Today I got up and got dressed even my tennis shoes instead of staying in sleep clothes. My morning has gotten so much better and I feel in peaceful action vs. I better get dressed before lunch 😂
