Monthly Skool Zoom is happening in 12 days
Fasting Days 5 & 6.
I had to change my fast window yesterday due other obligations, but I still did OMAD and had a rice & veggie bowl, so it’s a win. I’ve stayed on top of water and absolutely killing it, although I’ve put a tad of lemon in it in addition to my Celtic salt. Over the week, I’ve lost around 7lbs in what I know is water retention. I don’t know that I’ll. Continue to update because I plan to continue for the foreseeable future lol! Y’all pray for me💞

When you go to Home Depot and pick up Some ryobi tools for yourself and your husband decides they are cool and adds them to his tool box 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I wanted to share some happy times this week! Emma’s choir concert and Isaac’s ballgame. His team won 🏆 🤩 He smacked that ball at tip off and got several rebounds. Isaiah found a Christmas present picture lol and Emma’s concert went great! These are why my life is important💞

Day 4 Fasting
I kept up with water, got plenty of steps in and I know my heart was working overtime bc anxiety lol 😝 I did OMAD again, but it was NOT healthy. I had a pizza roll and 2 potato wedges. I let myself fall into super busy schedule. It was a small portion and only one meal though, so I’m not gonna beat myself up on it. It’s def coming out today 😭. I’ll try to update again this evening on how today goes. I’m just busy and behind
