Sleep log 🌜 Slept at: 2 AM Woke up: 7 AM Total Sleep: 5 hours 7 AM – 8 AM Rested in bed with my thoughts. 8 AM – 11 AM Breakfast, house chores, and a light chat with Ammi. 11 AM – 2 PM Watched one Brain Rewire video. Completed “Upwork Halal Hustle” lecture 1 and made notes (will share after making headings on notes segment). Searched for jobs on Upwork and wrote two cover letters. 2 PM – 3 PM Lunch and Zuhr. 3 PM – 6 PM Clinic hours. Opened Instagram by chance and saw the news of TikTok star Pyare Maryam’s death. This sudden news disturbed my mood deeply; it reminded me how unpredictable life is. My mood stayed low for hours. One patient, Azan (CP child), tried talking, but I couldn’t engage because I was upset. I only did his therapy and asked him to lie down quietly. Later, I felt regret because he is an innocent child. Went home and cried, shared everything with my sisters, and felt lighter. 7 PM – 8 PM Attended @Raima Zainab Girls live session On Dummy bidding 8 PM – 9 PM Attended Abdullah’s session; reviewed my cover letter and noted mistakes. 9 PM – 10 PM Searched for more jobs on Upwork. 10 PM – 11 PM Video call with my nieces. 11 PM – 2 AM Overthinking, lying in bed until I finally slept around 2 AM. Personal Reflection I want to break this habit of getting stuck in a low mood. Brain Rewire videos are helping, but I still have a long way to go, and I pray Allah helps me. Lately I’ve been confused—first I chose video editing, then felt I should do lead generation, and now during dummy bidding I keep thinking ( me sahee direction me jaa rhe hu na ? me Ghlt to ni kr rhe?
