Cold Emailing Outreach Strategy
Assalam o Alaikum Community! Today I saw a post of brother @Usman Yousufzai in free community asking for help on right strategy for cold Emailing: https://www.skool.com/make-1k-5k-in-30-days-8449/need-your-help-2 So I decided to write a detailed post to advise him according to my 3 years of hunting clients as a 2D illustrator through cold emailing on Instagram amd LinkedIn By posting, more people will get learn if they are finding solution for the same problem Chliye shiru krty hn: Usman Yousufzai Brother kuch baten suggest krongi: 1. Client ko apka introduction nhin chahiye, ap unko btayen k I have a solution for your problem Or unko apni services k through kesy pesy bna k den gy or kitnay time mn bnayen gay 2. Generic words use nhin kren jesy, mn falan banda hon mn ne pehla esa kia tha to ab mn esa kr rha hon, Short bat kren mtlab ki bat kren Ek line ho or unky mtlab k 10 Alfaz hon jo uni problem ka solution hon 👉 For example, Mn 2D illustration ka beginner course bna rhi hon Target Audience: Beginners jo Illustration seekh kr content k through pesa kamana chahty hn To mn apni target audience ko btaon gi k: 🔹Mn 3 mahinay k 2D illustration course mn apko scratch se start kr k final product tk Illustration sikhaon gi. 🔹Content creation se portfolio build krna or brands ko outreach krna sikhaon gi ap content bnayen gy. 🔹Or 6 mahinay ki consistency se strong online presence bnany gi 🔹Baray brands apko reach out kren gy or ap bhi outreach kren gi to achay portfolio se client foran milen gy InshAllah 3. Daily Journal: Divided my Day into 5 Sections | 4 Dec 2025
Today I divided my day into five sections. I started my day by telling my brain and body to stay calm and simply follow the steps, without jumping ahead. Overall Mood Check: - My overall mood is Happy and relaxed. - Sleep Log: 6.5 hours Fajar to Zohar (Morning) : - Fajar prayer + Quran + Tried Kapalbhati. - Interacted a little in the community. - Made breakfast. - Canceled a subscription. - Watched a drama (I observed the theme in the video). - Home duties + lunch preparation. - Listened to 3 sessions of 'Rewire your brain' (I put on my AirPods while I was working). - Shopping. Zohar to Asar (Afternoon): - Watched Haroon Khalil's session in the ‘Make $1k-$10k in 30 days’ community. - The concept of Outbound and Inbound became clear. - Posted an introduction. - Attended classroom sessions (I watched the complete 'Start Here' section). - Sent updates to clients and my team. - Cleared payouts. Asar to Maghrib (Late Afternoon): - I was searching for the correct techniques for Kapalbhati but I learned the name Anulom Vilom (breathing exercise: inhale from one nostril and exhale from the other, then repeat). - Kitchen chores. Maghrib to Isha (Evening): - Dinner + chat with Ammi. Isha to 12 PM (Night): - Watched the 'Make money on Skool' recorded session + took notes + made and posted the assignment in the community. - Attended the 'Make money on Skool' session (Today’s was quite good; I learned new things). Wrote my journal and now I am going to sleep Today wins : completed all the tasks without overthinking , Alhamdolillah Serrentime Attached :

Client's journey
Two weeks ago, I got a DM from someone who sounded defeated. “Usman… I’m posting every day. I’m trying everything. Still zero clients. Zero visibility. What am I doing wrong?” I opened his profile. And instantly understood the problem. His headline said: “Doctor | Digital Marketer” His posts? All medical tips. But the work he wanted? Digital marketing clients. He was sending mixed signals everywhere — to the algorithm, to his audience, and to potential clients. No clarity. No positioning. No story. No results. So we jumped on a 1:1 session and rebuilt everything from scratch. And here’s exactly what we changed 👇 1️⃣ We Fixed His Headline From: “Doctor | Digital Marketer” To: “Digital Marketer Helping Health Brands Get High-Quality Leads Through LinkedIn” Now the right clients finally knew who he helps. 2️⃣ We Rewrote His Summary Like a Story Not a résumé. Not a paragraph of buzzwords. A clear narrative: ✔ What he does ✔ How he does it ✔ Who he serves ✔ Why he’s different ✔ A call to action 3️⃣ We Built a New Content Strategy No more random medical posts that confused everyone. We created content specific to the clients he wanted: ➤ How health companies can grow on LinkedIn ➤ Lead-generation tips ➤ Case studies ➤ Step-by-step marketing insights And then something crazy happened… 📈 Search appearances: 4 → 200+ 📈 Impressions multiplied 📈 Profile visits skyrocketed 💰 And he closed 2 high-ticket clients in ONE WEEK Not because he changed industries. But because he changed how he presented himself. Here’s the truth no one tells you: If your LinkedIn profile doesn’t tell a crystal-clear story, the algorithm won’t push you… And clients won’t trust you. Your profile must answer 3 questions instantly: What do you do? How do you do it? For whom do you do it? Mess this up — and you disappear. Get it right — and clients come to YOU. I’ve optimized 250+ LinkedIn profiles, and this ALWAYS holds true: 📌 Clarity → Visibility 📌 Visibility → Trust 📌 Trust → Clients

⭐ MY SUCCESS STORY
My journey didn’t start with a fancy setup or some big opportunity… it started when my family gave me 20,000 PKR to build a computer. With that money, I built a low-end CPU… literally just enough to run GTA 5 at 30 FPS and open CapCut without crashing. Exporting even a 5-minute video took 2–3 hours, but that didn’t matter. That PC became the foundation of everything I am today. Before that?I was working on my elder sibling’s Shahbaz Sharif laptop, where I made intros for gaming channels. It was 2018, PUBG was booming, and every kid wanted an intro.I used to sell each intro for 100 rupees.Small money… but big lessons. From that 20k PC, I kept building my skills. I worked, I played, I experimented. Then I jumped onto Fiverr. I sold reel bundles. I completed two orders. From there I found my first real opportunity a Pakistani Amazon store owner who needed an image editor. He paid me $1 per image.I edited 70–80 images per week or month.I made around 15k–20k PKR in total…Until he suddenly ghosted me. But at the same time, I was building my AI Automation YouTube channel, growing it to 800 subs with a USA audience.Seeing the results, I thought: “Why not sell this as a monthly service?” So I did. I went to Facebook, started posting, sending DMs, and somehow closed 2–3 clients, each paying me 20k per month for full channel management — scripting, editing, thumbnails, SEO, everything. Those months taught me real video editing + channel handling experience…But again, after 6–7 months, those clients started losing interest, results didn’t matter anymore, and one by one… they ghosted too. One day while scrolling Instagram, I saw a reel about writing a cover letter for Upwork.Suddenly, I remembered I had an old Upwork account where I did one $25 job and then gave up. So I reopened it.I had 80–90 connects and a template from that reel. I rewrote my profile.Updated my skills. And applied again. After 15–20 proposals, I closed my first real client:SEO for his faceless channel. He paid me $10 per video.Consistent work. And I’m still working with that client today.
