Wednesday Thoughts and Updates
I want to thank everyone for the kind thoughts, sentiments, and prayers regarding my temporary health issues. Today, my stomach is substantially better, as is my head. What a nasty virus it was! I may even film once I clean myself up. I look like I’ve been lost on a hike tracking bears, and then the bears found me, took a look at me and had mercy. They realized I’ve clearly been through enough.

Thursday Thoughts
I have been exploring in the lab and producing from new discoveries! My glutes and much else are sore from new and effective complimentary training approaches that I look forward to sharing with everyone. They will increase your explosiveness and add mass and contour to the largest and most undertrained muscles we have. Glutes, should be glorious. Hence the descriptive, pending category name, Glutes of Glory. At this point in my lifetime of training I maintain about an 80/20 split between performing that which is purposeful and intentional, vs. what is playful. The playful is exploratory. It is full of wide-eyed awareness and analysis, and it leads to introspection. Play provides the opportunity for organic discovery that is seen through the lens of current wisdom, and always pushes it forward. I enjoy solving problems by stumbling upon solutions during play, and mixing them with what comes from intentions. So often, I find answers to questions that I didn’t know I needed to ask. These are such humbling reminders of how much more I have to learn, build, and grow. Flex Hard!

Monday Thoughts
I journal thoughts that give me pause, and elaborate once the initial ideas are written down. They feel like derived equations that allow me to manipulate and solve problems that I did not know I had, or I did not know I already had the solutions for. One of the beautiful things about math is, its rules of communication allow for the the initial query to be resolved. The discussion is the problem, and the pathway to the solutions sets are built in. That's how journaling feels. I find clearer understanding about what I already knew, and discover what I already had the potential to address. Every answer and realization is the next best step, and every step feels like the fulfillment of a piece of my purpose. 1) The purpose of a position is to gain access 2) The purpose of a transition is Range of Access 3) The purpose of tempo and intensity are to influence loading characteristic for tissue development along an access range 4) Purpose is the fulfillment of aligned intention, and gives context to movement. External imitation and hard work are not enough if context is missing. When the principles are lost in the noise of busyness, development's direction becomes translucent and outcomes are dramatically altered.

Just broke 75k followers on FB‼️
My Facebook business page is 10 years old, and up until September I only had a couple hundred people in total. On October 18, I received a notification that I was up to 500 people and I thought that was quite a jump. I didn’t pay much attention, but then I looked again a few days later and saw an increase to 3500 or so. I realized something good was happening, and continued to grow 1000-1500 people every day until i approached 50k a few weeks ago where things became stagnant. Then after one post that went viral, I gained 11,000 people in one day! The numbers have importance to me, but what’s more important is there are several people here because of the explosion of post visibility on Facebook, which I had ruled out as useless. This reminded me of something important. There have been times in my life where what I’ve already done, what I was doing, and even who I am have been declared as useless. I know exactly how that feels. As I’ve evaluated, tried, failed, discerned, updated my try, and kept going - the seeds of struggle took root and began to grow. This includes how I rebuilt my own body, and how I slowly began coming back from enormous personal losses. I have learned to do two things better than I used to. 1) Stay available to possibilities by not giving up 2) Learn, and Update My Try Sometimes, things might take 10 years before they bare fruit in less fertile places.

Congratulations 🎊 But to honest your videos are incredible ! I honestly have been looking and trying other systems. The literally hurt me in ways that I knew were just not particularly suited for me or most people. Your training and or mine OR ARES you stressed it shouldn't really hurt and it truly doesn't but it does in the good way . Its taxing but can also be dependent of the person, and or by position .Thank you again and merry Christmas

Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work.
