I just signed a new client...
Is there a way that you can turn off just normal social messages from a clients socials that are connected to FB and IG in the GHL crm. That way I only get leads from ad campaigns? TIA

Not sure about just normalnmessages - you can disconnect them, ad campaign should still function if you're getting them to visit an ext3rnal link Opt in, which you can pull via a webhook w zapier etc. Or you can add some tag to every lead that's coming in via ad campaign, then filter contacts to view that way, Think you just need to get creative!
SMS compliance message
Hey All, I have a question. Currently, we are implementing DR for our clients. However, we've been noticing a significant number of opt-outs. I'd like to know about the possibility of disabling the SMS compliance message "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Our communications are targeted toward past customers. The current approach seems to come across as spammy and automated. Could this be a contributing factor to the high opt-out rate we're experiencing? Thank you for your insights and suggestions.

Can you couple the reply stop with 'reply stop to unsubscribe, yes to go ahead, no if not interested' something like that?

So how can I get notified when my clients leads are responding to ( Ashley ) I get notified when they get a lead but I want to be notified when communication starts ?? @Haplin Milgrom-Hills
