Hey All, I have a question. Currently, we are implementing DR for our clients. However, we've been noticing a significant number of opt-outs. I'd like to know about the possibility of disabling the SMS compliance message "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Our communications are targeted toward past customers. The current approach seems to come across as spammy and automated. Could this be a contributing factor to the high opt-out rate we're experiencing? Thank you for your insights and suggestions.
