I haven’t been to any classes myself yet, but I’ve been thinking about it too. It seems like a great way to build confidence and meet people who love the same thing. Hello again 👋🏻

Just thought I’d drop a little note here, reading all your posts is so very inspiring unfortunately I’ve done something to my knee, I’ve been to the doc’s.and need to get an xray, I hope everyone is okay with me liking your stories and occasionally making a comment, hopefully I’ll be able to tell my story once I’m on the move again, I’ve just had my driveway asphalted and it quite a long one so I at least have somewhere to practice as we don’t have anything close by that teaches roller skating, so self teaching here, anyway have a lovely day/night ☺️🌸🛼

@Sherrilee B Aww that’s really admirable, Sherrilee ❤️ being a full-time carer takes so much strength and patience. It’s amazing that you still make time for things you enjoy like skating, even with everything you handle daily. I really respect that. Do you ever get a bit of time for yourself to unwind or do something just for you? And by the way, do you know you can actually make money the same way you scout or connect with people online? It’s something I recently discovered and it’s been such a game changer for me.

Loose control skating in front wheels alone

As soon as I lift my back heel when skating in a straight line, my front wheels immediately wobble like crazy. They aren't going straight anymore but instead are going in an S path I can't control. Why does this happen?

I’ve been skating for years too, and I even turned it into a little side business because there’s actually good money in it. Do you ever do anything business-related with your skating too? 🛼💫
