DAY 8: Fiber + Tracking Day 📝💧
1️⃣Step 1: Fiber Add — Chia / Flax / Oats ✅How I used it: Instead of chia or flax seeds, I added an apple to my routine diet — a simple swap that gave me fiber + vitamins together 🍎✨ 2️⃣Step 2: Movement — Zumba / Walk ✅Minutes: Walked for 15 minutes after lunch, keeping it light as I’m still recovering. 3️⃣Step 3: Mini Journal Food:• Breakfast: Egg fried with paratha• Lunch: Turnip chicken with one roti• Dinner: High-protein egg wrap Feeling: Feeling calm and relaxed— it was an off from work so I focused on self-care today. Hair oiling, skincare, wardrobe setup — a calm, wholesome reset day 🤍✨ Next Goal: To start doing home-based workouts, InshaAllah. Along with that, I want to work on hitting my step goals, as I’ve been lacking due to recovery. 4️⃣Steps: 4,000 / 9,000 (still recovering from cough & flu) 5️⃣Water: 8–10 glasses 💧 ✅ Checklist: Fiber ✅Movement ✅Journal ✅Steps (effort-based) ✅Water ✅
