Had dinner dal kadu with half roti

Struggles I have observed the biggest struggle is what to have as protein in every meal ofc we can not cook meat and chicken everyday and what will be the substitute? From past few days i got so busy with something and thats when it gets so hard to prep meals and u know when we are living in desi household we can not cook especially for ourself and if we try then we have to make for everyone. i want some suggestions how to cope up with this. How to do and what will you do if you are living in joint family. If we are living like only husband and wife then it is not a struggle but in joint family then its difficult and ofc we pakistani everyone knows its very difficult to do something for ourselves. And that's when we cannot stay consistent. I'm sure you all will relate.

@Abeer Haque han g bilkul asa hi hai or agr hum full 3 times per meal eggs lein tu b ap hisab laga sakti hain k kitna zayda ho jata hai or jab middle class ho tu koi ek extra kare tu sab bolte hain

Little update Sorry i was not active from few days bcs i was shifting to other place and ofc i was following everything related to my days and now everything is sorted in'shaa'allah i will soon start updating.

Breakfast 2 boil eggs without yolk around 6.30 and now fruits arounds 10am.
