Not gonna lie… balancing a 12–8 job and staying consistent hasn’t been easy, and that’s why I wasn’t posting much here in this community. I'm sure most of the working ladies will relate to me, it gets really difficult to keep everything on track including health, fitness, work, personal goals. It's not like I'm not working I'm on my way to achieve my goals and I wish the same for you all too. I’m choosing progress over perfection, slow steps, real habits, and a healthier me in 2026 🫶🏻✨ Here’s a reminder for all those girls like me who're struggling with weight loss but still trying to eat healthy it's great so Keep going and stay healthy 🌷

👉 STARTING – DAY 1 Swapped white sugar with a healthier option (Sucral) to add in my tea. Also avoiding dairy chocolates. Kept a sugar-free chocolate in the fridge for cravings and only took one small bite today. Feeling good about the small switches already!

DAY2 - Someone gifted me a chocolate today which I resisted and then hided in my Fridge shelf so that I couldn't find it a when craving cracks me up. Improvement in controlling healthy choices rather than chocolates and cakes.

Checked my weight today It's increased a bit around 81.5 kg I think sometimes the scale shows you more than the average.
