How I get my daughter to eat a 20gr protein breakfast in 5 minutes
Yes, most kids undereat protein. Yes, protein is crucial especially in early years for development and growth. Found this quick & easy recipe online and she loves it. High Protein French Toast‼️ - 1 slice whole grain bread (3gr fiber) - beat an egg, dip and cover the entire slice in it - Sprinkle ground cinnamon - Butter on the pan - Cook both sides - Mix some Greek yogurt and honey together - Throw in whatever berries you want - Toss it on the bread - Drizzle more honey ~270 cals, 20gr protein, 4gr fiber Double it up and now you have an adult portion for 40gr of protein!

@Usra Shah I’ve been attempting to lose body fat for a couple of years now on my own. I’ve previously worked with online coaches and know the basics that I need to make changes but am having issues with consistency and making the routine of working out stick.

@Usra Shah But to answer your question more precisely, I’d like to lose 15-20 lbs in body fat by the end of August and recomp from there and do it without a coach.
