Wednesday Hump Day Motivation

Do any of you use these tips and if so how do you incorporate them? Or do you find other things that work well for you? Spent too much time looking after Caoimhe over the last few days as she has her first race next week. Feeling a lot more flat for it to be honest 😆 Definitely feels quite different living in Ireland compared to Spain too. It’s so easy to leave the house and just go for a walk when the weather is that bit better. Even going to the local shop for an Aquarius. Might be the fact that I live in rural Ireland but even still I feel like it’s so much easier to leave the house when the weather is that bit better. The darker, winter days here definitely are a big change too - I don’t know how some of you do it when you are snowed in for months on end at this time of year.
