Weekly wins?๐Ÿ†
What was the biggest win you had this week? Iโ€™m still rehabbing a shoulder injury. The temptation is to chill on everything but Iโ€™m staying focused on diet and controlling what I can control.
Win of the week
What were you proud of this past week? Any PBโ€™s, weight loss, consistency or just breaking a rut For me it was getting back on the trainer after a crash last week
Hexis for the win
Long story short: 2015 was training to compete in RAAM. Nov 2015 my body decided it hated me 2020 I was 315 pounds, about to go on disability (the dole) and nearly dead Quarantine was a godsend for me. I got on meds that helped and I could just rest and start rehab. EOY 2020 I was 265 thanks to intermittent fasting and the ability to walk or ride an e bike. 2021-2025 I bounced up and down in weight. Got as low as 225 thanks to reading and the gym but would just bounce up and down. Jan 5, started Hexis. Today, I'm down 5 pounds and 1% bodyfat, to my lowest weight in 15 years. I can only surmise that it's healing my metabolism after years of calorie restriction. I don't know how else to explain it. I cannot believe I'm under 100kg.
Sprints PB
Get another 15sec sprint PB during my High/Low cadence workout. From 961w to 977w today. Pure violence! Sorry to be so annoying with those sprints Numbers!
Sunday ๐Ÿ†ย  Weekly Wins Recap | Jan 11 - Jan 18
What were your wins this week? Iโ€™ve really enjoyed the calls this week. Definitely much nicer speaking to people one on one instead of just looking at google doc cells and trainingpeaks numbers for information. Please give me a text to arrange a chat! Iโ€™ve tried to dial it back on Skool this week to help free up time to make some progress on training. Iโ€™m feeling good about it all so yeah happy enough here! Hope youโ€™ve had a good week ๐Ÿ˜Ž Matthew
