Hello Team! Has anyone else experienced this issue in Retell? My agent built in Conversational Flow sometimes loses context and starts asking the user questions that were already answered earlier in the conversation. This doesn’t happen with the Simple Prompt Agent, which keeps the context consistent throughout. Does anyone know how to make sure the Retell Conversational Flow agent maintains full context so it doesn’t repeat questions? Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

We’re building an agent under single prompt, but the prompt turned out way too long and it’s now triggering the “Supercharge” cost once it goes over 3,500 tokens. What would you recommend in this case? - Break it down and build it as a Conversation Flow Agent? - Or is there a better way to manage long and complex prompts more efficiently? The other day I attended an event about artificial intelligence, and someone mentioned something that really caught my attention: that WhatsApp might allow the implementation of voice agents through its API. In other words, a customer could receive a call directly via WhatsApp, just like any regular call within the app — not through the traditional phone network. I’ve tried some of the ElevenLabs voices, but many sound so polished that they come off like a movie trailer or radio ad—too perfect to feel real 😅 Any suggestions for voices that feel more human and natural for casual conversations? I am using Retell for a voice agent project and I would like to know if anyone has experience simulating the transfer from one agent to another. My goal is to handle conversations in both English and Spanish, as the native multilingual support is not working as expected. In VAPI, I managed to achieve this using a feature called “squad”, where an agent transfers to another when it detects that the client wants to continue in a different language. Does anyone know if something similar is possible in Retell? Any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
