Issue with single prompt in Retell: exceeding 3,500 tokens

Hi everyone 👋🏼

I could use your help with something in Retell.

We’re building an agent under single prompt, but the prompt turned out way too long and it’s now triggering the “Supercharge” cost once it goes over 3,500 tokens.

What would you recommend in this case?

Break it down and build it as a Conversation Flow Agent?
Or is there a better way to manage long and complex prompts more efficiently?

How have you handled similar situations? 🙏🏼
