Progress
When I joined this community I hadn't even had a job and my housing was unstable. Right before the 5-day challenge, I got hired, but work was making me miserable and I was barely able to walk once I got home from an 8 hour shift and I couldn't even handle 2 days in a row. Now, week 4 into the 6 week program, I've got 2 jobs, can work 8 hours a day all 7 days of the week and still move around the house if I need to and sometimes even still have enough energy left to do some light cleaning. I'm so much further than I thought possible for me

That’s so amazing! šŸ™Œ
Productive day!
I got so much stuff done! I did ALL the litter boxes, vacuumed the entire upstairs, and closed an open loop of the cluttered kitchen table that had been eating at me for months! And even did some baking besides all that! Why can’t every day be this productive?!

@Leonie Osborne I use mine for my alarm too, because I set 5 alarms to get up because I usually shut off the first 3 in my sleep and then the 4th one I consciously shut off and have to roll over onto my other side for a bit to prevent my neck from hurting all day, so I need another one to get me up after that. BUT purposely not allowing myself to start the day with scrolling has helped me too!
⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the ā€œself-improvementā€ category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. You're all incredible. Thank you. šŸ™
