Fiber starter!
We've been making an intentional effort of getting a fiber starter every meal this week thanks to the educational info @Kait Schober provided in the group call this Tuesday! 🙏 I've always known it's important but not truly how beneficial it is for us to ensure we always start with it!! That really gave us a push to care more. Something that has helped us a ton is my HEB sells a medium party size prepped salad tray that lasts our family the full week, so we're committed and find it is an easier way with our busy lifestyles 🫶 next goal will be to eat with minimal or only healthy dressing...but baby steps 😅

Aww, I missed this week's call- my darn phone keeps putting this app into deep sleep. At least my phone is well rested I guess LOL but thank you for uploading!! I'll make manual calendar reminders to not rely on the app to sync instead.
