Hey, My name is Josh Gavin. As per request, I'm here to share how I'm using a $27 offer to fill my Skool group with members who engage, collaborate and upsell into my $3k+ offers. To give you some history... I grew a Facebook group to 5200 members and collected $486,000 cash from it without running a single paid ad. But while I was doing this I noticed my homies over at Clients & Community had invented this new concept of running ads to a lead magnet which would then point to a free group. So after some time, this method became very popular which meant new problems appeared. But here I was... Growing just as fast as everyone else without running paid ads. So I decided to launch an LTO (low ticket offer) as a side mission to teach all these struggling group owners how to get new members without ads. I never planned on this becoming my main offer since I hated the thought of becoming another one of those 'coaches' who help 'coaches' with organic marketing lol But here I was with a method no one else was teaching... So I launched it! And just 30 days later I enrolled over 200 people at $27 + 40 people into a sass upsell. Using my V1 funnel here: https://www.organicgroupmethod.com/join Then I decided I wanted to take this more seriously and increase my AOV as I started learning more from the LTO God himself Alen Sultanic... So I added new upsells and launch V2 which you can find here: https://www.organicgroupmethod.com/offer Then in December, I launched V3 which you can find here: https://www.organicgroupmethod.com/launch But here’s where things get spicy… Although I believe Facebook is still better for a free group since you can get more attention to funnel people into sales conversation… I don’t like FB as a client portal for paid products…

BTW - still running this model and got another skool group to $70k/m with it and will be sharing more in 2024! Been quiet working on this so I could come back with good info!

@Kevin Anderson straight to the $27 and my CPA was 30--40 but my AOV was 60+
Just Crossed $400 Paid Members! 🥳
Been a minute since I shared an update. Crossed 400 paid members in my new skool group! The other one is over 500 (the organic group method) Skool for the win! That’s all, -Josh

@Robert Billing don’t lead with recurring on the front end. I made a post last year on this here in the skool group
Subscription Without New Group?
Question - I have a skool group that host all my lowticket products but I want to setup a subscription within that group that gives people access to a call. Is there a way to do that without setting up an entire new group for the subscribers?

Who’s Running Cold Traffic -> Subscription?
I see a lot of case studies from people who have massive followings blowing up their subscription groups… But are there any from people who didn’t have that leg up that run cold ads to a subscription on the front? And if so… What’s your CPA / AOV / ROAS? I know not everyone here can or wants to build a business that requires dedication to creating a ton of organic content or a following so it’d be cool if someone could show it’s possible to do it without that. Thanks!

@Alma Bradford I have a group of 5k and a following plus an email list and ads running. I’m asking for everyone else here who thinks they can run ads cold to a $50 community without any status or brand

@Ravi Abuvala I agree you need both but there is a deep issue that is making it hard for people to justify dropping $5k+ on an offer outa no where. And HT coaches can’t get the economics to work out, hence why almost every killer out there is having to introduce LT or recurring. I talk about why they are doing this here: https://youtu.be/gzxMpLl_0i0?si=t0S2ruwdRSmk7TOh And I know this because I’m consulting on hundreds of offers (some of these being for the biggest gurus in the game) in the info space and I see the numbers and bottlenecks with just running a HT offer. My problem is HT experts aren’t telling their communities these problems because it would defeat the purpose of their customers staying in their offers. I’m just trying to shed light that you NEED both and there’s a reason smart people like you are adding it to your ascension path. Now I do wanna say my comment my above was rude and I shouldn’t have gone to that extreme to come at you. Our interview we did was one of the best and I have respect for you. You are one of the few that actually has a good product right now in the market.
New to Skool. Who dis?
