I found another hypnotherapist like myself on skool who has a small size group of 174 (but not so active in the threads) of people who pay monthly for access to his weekly weight loss and emotional eating/belief rewiring hypnosis sessions that are recorded. I was looking to have a similar monthly group of peeps I could do weekly sessions for (but live on zoom rather than recorded) and monetize ronin style and I was thinking this would be a good acquisition target. even better when I see him posting in the last 2 weeks about being busy with investment developments but still committed to providing these sessions for his members. So the motivation might be there. Right now it is a $5k monthly income stream for him with 174 at $29 a month. And he does custom recorded sessions for $1997 and a 90 minute consult. He played with a premium tier of $49 lifetime? it looks like but backed away from that. What would be the best way to open up a conversation with him about seeing his interest in selling the group? Only question is if his members have gotten so used to his voice and his style that a new owner would drive many of them away? They are members of that group because he IS the brand. It’s meaningful. It's spiritually fulfilling and it's something I genuinely love doing.
