Over the last 4 years ive been able to make so many mistakes that I look back on and REALLY wish I hadnt. ā But on the brightside, that allows me to help others not make the same mistakes and, in turn, speed up their progress. ā If you want to start making progress in the easiest way possible, then find people that know what theyre doing already and just ask them questions. ā Whether that is a gymgoes that you know from work or someone you meet online, the best way to catalyze your progress is by learning from the mistakes of other people. ā What are you unsure about that you could ask someone in one sentence??
