⏰ 5pm Eastern Time ☀️ 30° Celcius 🏖️ Red Muskoka Chairs on the Dock 🥓 A piece of bacon on a paper clip bent into the shape of a hook 😎 And 5 Days unplugged from work to enjoy it all… Me and the family just got back from a little 5 Day trip to Lagoon City in Ontario. We were there visiting my Dad and Step Mom at their cottage … and my girls had a blast. They ate way too many ice cream sandwiches, built a few big sand castles and cruised around in Gramp’s boat. My girls might tell you a different story… But my favourite moment of the trip was fishing with my oldest. It was kind of a surreal moment because as we attempted to catch a fish with a makeshift rod, line and hook I was transported back to when I was that age. (We eventually got tired of trying to catch fish with a paperclip and asked the neighbours for a rod 🤣) Some of my fondest childhood memories were at the family cottage, fishing off the dock And now here I am as a Father, creating those memories with them and my wife. Getting to see the shocked look on her face as she reeled in the fish was priceless. And I'm so grateful to share that moment with my wife who captured it on her phone. On the plane home last night I was reflecting on the trip, and the memories we made And how those moments are EV.ER.Y.THING. And I felt ... 🙏🏼 So grateful to have built a business that makes these moments possible. 🙏🏼 Grateful to have a business where I make my own schedule. 🙏🏼 Grateful to have a business with steady and predictable Monthly Recurring Revenue 🙏🏼 Grateful for my tiny but mighty team who hold down the fort while I am off Grid. This is the kind of business I want to help thousands of coaches build. More Freedom, Fulfilment and Fun. It’s not easy, or fast to build. But damn is it worth it. 🙌🏼
