A few words about working with Dan
I started working with Dan in December, and I had a lot of internal work to figure out. I’m grateful for the guidance he gave me to work through that side of things (which, let’s be real, is always ongoing). Had no idea that's where we would start when I signed up. I went all in on what he laid out — Self Leadership, 10.0 Coach, 10X Vision… all gold. When I started, I didn’t even have a free Skool community. We were running everything through Facebook, and I never found much success with ads. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to take the leap to a free skool community — but I’m glad I did. Fast forward to now — we’ve got just under 700 members in our free Skool community. The community is rockin and I'm nurturing leads every day. February had one new client (down payment + monthly installments) and a few resigns. 3k, nothing to be too excited about. Then March hit: $15K CAD in coaching revenue and $13K CAD in supplements I’ve hit $30K months before… but those came with burnout. Exhausted, stressed, and feeling like I’d never be able to repeat it. This time was different. With systems in place — and not sending 100 DMs a day — it felt more structured and sustainable. I spent more time with family than I usually do (which Dan actually encourages), and things are running smoothly. And I have the extra time to work on the supplement business. In past cases I'd only have time to grow one of them. This month: We ran a paid workshop — something Dan suggests doing monthly: $300 USD front-end $10K USD backend I also made my first crypto sale this month — which was one of the paid-in-fulls — and my first USD sale (also PIF). That alone was a pretty cool moment. It broke a mental barrier I’ve had for a long time around pricing and currency. On top of that, I finally made a move I’ve wanted to make for years — I raised my prices by switched from CAD to USD. Two PIF clients = $10K USD (and close to last month in CAD ($14k) revenue for just the coaching side.

Yesterday I shared a personal post on my personal page about something that happened with my husband that deeply moved me, and I have a couple of takeaways. When I went to bed last night, the post had like eight shares and 50 views. I woke up this morning, and it was 70,000 views and 7,000 people read it. Now it's like 300,000 people, 20,000 people read it, and 400 or so people have engaged with it, with tons of comments. Here are my takeaways: 1. I'm surprisingly chill. This type of visibility for me last year would have been too much. I would have been obsessing over the post. I would have been responding to every comment. I would have been shaking in my boots for every negative comment there was, and this time I'm just like, cool. I checked it, responded and then didn't think about it for more than half the day. It's been genuinely surprising, but also evidence that this type of visibility has become my baseline. It's crazy to say that. I'm shocked that just came out of my mouth, but this type of visibility is now my baseline. I can be chill about being seen, being misunderstood and just carrying on. 2. People on the internet are rude, genuinely. I noticed after the 160,000 view mark that the negative comments really started to roll in, and I've just been like, cool, thanks for the engagement, and I correct the misassumptions, but I don't get attached to their opinion or the outcome. I just go, "Oh well, you assumed this; it's actually that," and I leave it, and it's oddly freeing to be so chill about being misrepresented by strangers on the internet with their opinions of me. I could never have held that visibility even 2 months ago. Evidence that the work I'm doing internally and externally are essential. 3. The authentic human experience is currency. I can generate a hundred different AI-scripted videos about my business. I can invite people into my spaces using different AI tools, and I do have some success with that, but the true currency is human connection and authenticity. I've always been a storyteller. My personal Facebook page has always been where I go to share the depth of my human experience. If any of you have seen me in this group, you've likely read some of my depth. I'm realizing that it is a missing piece in my business. Not to say that I ever truly separated it, but just to say that I've been really into invitations and strategies and the clear defining outcomes. It's great. I love that it has its place, but so does the raw, deep humanness of my life.

🔥🧲 It Works When You Work It!
I combined my 2-step post with the process @Tina Roach posted under ✅️ Action Done. I had 8 comments in the first 6 hours. Followed up on all of them with a DM. Opened a conversation with everyone. Some are family & friends. My first win - not skipping or offering it to them free. They are potential clients who can buy my offer too. Two completely new contacts booking calls! Converted 2 who are in my community to their VIP calls. I can pitch the new offer at the end of the call and get honest feedback. Learned what very important content to add to my offer before launching it. All from one simple post on socials. Have you completed your 2-step post? I'd love to hear your results
