Hi there, my name is Jen. I’m originally from New York, and I currently live in the UK. I'm looking for work at the moment, but perhaps thanks to my ADHD, I've worked as a meditation and mindfulness teacher, ski instructor, whitewater rafting guide, writer & editor, tour guide, travel designer, and cabin crew (amongst others). I just never feel like I belong anywhere, so I change things around a lot. I was diagnosed as an adult and wish I knew earlier that I was ADHD instead of believing that I was "lazy" and "scattered" for most of my life. I have experience with psychology (MSc.), trauma healing, mindfulness, planning/leading personal growth retreats, and travel.
