Currently, I’m using a follow-up sequence that works reasonably well in generating responses, but performs poorly when it comes to scheduling meetings. When I include a CTA, the leads stop responding, even if they’ve shown some interest. I believe it’s because they can’t clearly see the value of the call. My LinkedIn cold DM sequence consists of four steps, following what @Marques Pizarro has been showing in the weekly calls: - First personalized message - First follow-up - Second follow-up - Final follow-up (up/down) In addition, I plan to engage with the leads’ posts and occasionally send some insights. In the second follow-up, I send the following message: "Hi [Name], I recorded a quick video showing how some consultants manage to get 2 to 4 listings per month predictably, without relying on referrals or cold prospecting. Do you want me to send it to you?" What happens: when the lead says “yes,” I record the Loom and send it, but after that, they stop responding to messages. I’m thinking about how to add more value to the outreach sequence. I’m considering either removing the video or creating a pre-recorded video that already conveys that sense of value, but I’m not sure where to start or how to structure it. Does anyone have personal recommendations on how to approach this
