Would be around 1-2 hours a day of cold calling and then just following up with leads coming in from ads. Looking to start them out on 1 account, we have 5 accounts available currently so there is room to grow. Any tips for hiring? How much should I pay them and other than onlinejobsph and UpWork were is the best place to find someone?
