I have 5 facebook and 5 instagram accounts I use for DM outreach and I'm scaling to 100 dms/day. My niche is real estate wholesalers but there are only 13,000 wholesalers in the US. I was wondering if I should use a generic opening message and ask something about their service and copy/paste that for every prospect to get a reply (lower response rate) or if I should send a personalized opener to each prospect which takes more time but gets me a higher response rate.' at 100 dms/day personalization will slow me down but at the same time my niche has 13,000 prospects in it. What is the best decision here?

Hey guys, I'm running B2B ads targeted to kitchen and bath remodelers. I'm having trouble people that are qualified; most prospects either: 1. Don't speak English very well (very difficult to understand them) 2. Are startups or not full-time contractors 3. Are handymen or only do small plumbing/drywall repairs (not remodelers) 4. Are generally not serious about moving forward, comfortable with staying where they're at, and comfortable the amount of work they're getting from word of mouth and just window-shopping CPL's used to be ~$15 per lead but recently jumped to ~$33 after I added "remodelers doing over $1M a year in sales" to the hook instead of just "remodelers". But the majority of the leads I'm getting still do not fall into that category. I made an entirely separate campaign to make sure it wasn't hitting the same audience, but that didn't solve the problem. Attached are the creatives, copy, headlines, and targeting settings. Where do yall scrape qualified leads where you get the owners name and phone number relatively cheap( under 100$/m), apollo is a great option but to expensive when it exceeds 1000s of leads. im running into landlines and voips 70% of my dials with leads i scraped of google maps

I sent the pitch to this prospect and he was interested but when I said lets book a call, he doesn't want to book a call and wants me to send over all the details over text. what should i do in this situation?
