When Giving Starts Costing You More Than It Helps.
As women, we get so used to giving our time away that we barely notice it happening. Everyone else comes first… and somehow we always end up last on our own list. And we think it’s normal. But whats the energy we give from that place? It affects everything — our own health and everyone around us. In this video, I want to explore what really happens when we’re running on empty, ways it shows up in our relationships, and how small shifts — tiny pockets of time, simple boundaries — can change how we feel. And how we lead. Especially in front of our kids. And please, I need to hear all the wise advice from all of you. any little shifts that have worked for you ?

Very well said, Kelli. As women I think we naturally believe that we need to be available for everyone else in our lives but I have found that as I am getting older that I am protecting whatever energy that I have and just saying no to what does not benefit me. Even going for a walk several times a week I feel has helped me with destressing. It's not easy to say no but I think it is definitely important to put ourselves first sometimes. If you're not happy, then it has a ripple effect on your family. Easier said than done but it's worth it!!
1 - 7 December 2025: Sleep Supporting Foods and Skin Supporting Oils
Hi people :) This week in Thrive Again, we’re diving into how to support your sleep and make sure your skin gets what it needs (they are connected right). I talk about skin-boosting oils and supplements — which clean oils can be used topically, how to use certain supplements like Vitamin E, CoQ10 and Evening Primrose Oil, and how to add them into your night cream for a nourishing boost. I’ve put together: - A video with practical tips on the best oils for your skin, how to use them, and how to safely incorporate supplements into your night cream - A PDF handout on foods that support deeper, more restorative sleep — because better sleep helps your skin glow, your energy improve, and your body recover - And of course this week’s meal plan shows you how to include these sleep-supporting foods in your week, so you can eat for better skin and better rest Take a peek, explore the options, and choose what fits you. 💛 And please let me know in the comments if there’s anything you particularly liked, found useful, or if you have any questions — remember, we’re all here to make this platform the best possible, and your feedback helps me cover the topics that matter to you. PS. If you’re new, download the SKOOL app here for quick access wherever you are: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU

The list of sleep-supporting foods is very relevant for me as I had very poor sleep last year although much better this year, so thank you for that info.
24-29 November 2025: Everything About Bone Broth
Hey, hey again! This week in Thrive Again, we’re diving into bone broth — why it’s so nourishing, what are the benefits, how to use it, who it’s best for (who might want to skip it) etc I’ve put together: - A video with practical tips, including the differences between various forms and guidance on who should (and shouldn’t) have it - A PDF on all the amazing benefits - the joints, skin, inflammation etc - And of course this week's meal plan shows you all the ways to include it in your day — from adding it to scrambled eggs, sipping it as a warming cuppa, making it yourself at home and so on. Take a peek, explore the options, and choose what fits you. 💛 And please let me know in comments if you have any other questions about the bone broth :)

Very interesting videos, Kelli. I'm really enjoying them. I started taking bone broth after Covid but then forgot about it. I think it has been sitting in the back of the cupboard! I gather Nutra Organics is a good brand?
Keeping Things Simple (and in One Place) ✨
I’ve made a decision to simplify how we do things here 💛 I realised that not everyone uses Facebook, not everyone has time to pop in there, and jumping between platforms can feel unnecessary and overwhelming. So moving forward, we’ll no longer be using the private Facebook group. The good news? Everything you need — videos, photos, resources, updates and support — can live right here in this portal. One space. One login. No distractions. I will start adding the brand recommendations and photos to each weeks post so you will not miss out on anything. You can comment here, ask your questions here and create the community vibe. From now on, we’ll focus on keeping everything in one place, so it’s easier for you to show up, learn, and actually use what’s here. No need to check Facebook anymore — this is our home 🏡 Thank you for being here and for growing with me. 💛

I have been grinding my own flaxseeds on and off for the past couple of years. How beneficial are they in helping menopausal or post-menopausal symptoms especially if you are considering HRT?
