26 Jan-1 Feb 2026: Healthy Fats
Hi everyone! 💛 Topic is fats, this is a big topic because of the relevance and importance for your health but you will see very soon that it is actually not that complicated. I am sharing with you how the heathy fats benefit your health, I break it down to which ones should you eat more and in what temperature and give you some super simple tips to make it easy for you. 1) The meal plan is packed with lots of ways to incorporate more healthy fats into your diet — from olive oil and avocado to nuts, seeds, eggs and oily fish. 🥑🥜🥚🐟 PS.I would recommend to skip the snacks in general if anyone here is aiming for a weight loss. It will reduce the caloric intake significantly. 2) To make it even easier, I’ve put together a PDF guide that talks you through all the key fats, when to use them, and which ones are best for cooking versus eating cold. 3) In the video, I’m diving deeper into the benefits these good fats give you, sharing tips on: - How to get the best quality fish - How to know if your vitamin D levels are optimal - Practical ways to include these fats in your daily meals PS. Sometimes, on top of regular diet, it is necessary to recommend supplements for omega 3 that are a high quality. In this group context I am not able to do that but you can always get in touch with me if you have a need :) If you haven’t downloaded the SKOOL app yet, don’t forget — here’s the link so you can stay up to date with all the content, guides, and videos: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU I am keen to ready any comments or reply any questions here on the post !! Very interesting topic, Kelli. I know that you suggested going to the fish market, but in the meantime, are there any "healthy" fish options that you can buy from Coles or Woolies? What about tinned tuna? Also, a dietician many years ago recommended Nuttlelex as an alternative to butter as a healthy option which I have been using for a long time. Just curious as to your opinion. Thanks. 🙂

Thanks Kelli. It's interesting that a dietician recommended Nuttlex for my son all those years ago. I look forward to the topic on inflammatory oils. My other big topic of interest are all the alternative dairy options instead of milk. Sorry if I'm bombarding you with too many questions as I have such a big interest in nutrition!!
16-22 Feb 2026: Supergreens
Hi! This week we’re diving into supergreens — spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and wheat grass — what they actually do in the body, how they differ, and how to use them properly (without the common mistakes that often leave people bloated, underwhelmed or giving up too quickly). Supergreens can be incredibly supportive for energy, detox pathways, gut health and inflammation — but only when they’re chosen and used correctly. CHECK THE COMMENTS FOR BRAND RECOMMENDATIONS! I’ve put together: 1) A video where I help you understand the key differences between spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and wheat grass, who each one is best suited for, and the most common mistakes I see people make (wrong product, wrong dose, wrong timing). I also share practical ideas for where and how to use supergreens so they actually fit into real life. My apologies the video looks small, I am still learning the full process of recording, converting to necessary form etc, so obviously I have made a mistake somewhere. I will try to fix it, fingers crossed. The audio is perfect so you don't miss any info :) 2) A PDF handout that goes deeper — breaking down flavour profiles, benefits of each supergreen, gentle vs stronger detox effects, and clear dosing guidelines. This one is great to save so you can confidently choose what suits your body. 3)This week’s meal plan is where you’ll find simple recipes showing how to add any of the supergreens into different foods. 👉 Important note: I’m using a nutrition program that doesn’t list supergreens as ingredients, so make sure you check the notes section for guidance on where and how to add them. As always, the focus is on making this practical, supportive and realistic — so you can use powerful foods like supergreens without overwhelm or guesswork. Let me know in the comments if you have questions about supergreens or want help choosing the right one for you. PS. Thanks Kelli. I have been using BioGenesis Chlorella and Spirulina. You know how I feel about spirulina 😝!! I have found that there has been a noticeable improvement with my skin and nails on chlorella compared to spirulina but for post-covid, and just energy in general, I gather that spirulina would be the best from what you said in the video?
9-15 Feb 2026: Stress
This week’s topic is all about stress—how it can sneak up on us, why we often don’t notice it until it starts affecting our body and mind, and what we can do to support ourselves through busy seasons of life. You’ll see very soon that managing stress doesn’t have to be complicated — small, practical steps make a big difference. 1. The meal plan includes nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods that help support your body during hectic times, keeping energy steady and inflammation lower. 2. To make it even easier, I’ve put together a PDF handout with some of my favourite herbs for making teas that help calm the nervous system, so you can feel more balanced in both body and mind. 3. In the video, I’m diving deeper into: - Why stress can be sneaky - How to give your body the support it needs - Simple ways to create small, daily rituals that make a big impact Check comments section for herb recommendations. If you haven’t downloaded the SKOOL app yet, don’t forget — here’s the link to stay up to date with all the content, guides, and videos: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU Any questions, just as in the chat below :) Kelli

Another great video, Kelli. I've been starting to drink more herbal teas than take supplements these days. I agree with the concept of just being mindful and not adding to your list of things to do, even if they are for your wellbeing as that can also cause stress!! Since my 20's, I have been using various supplements and therapies for a myriad of things to do with health-related issues. Now, I'm just focusing on a couple of things, listening to meditation at bed-time, taking magnesium powder or chamomile tea to help with sleep, starting yoga again. That way I am not doing too many things. Hopefully, it works!
15 - 21 Dec 2025: Fluid Retention
Today we’re focusing on fluid retention — something almost every woman experiences at some stage of life, and something that’s often linked to low-grade inflammation rather than just “too much salt.” I’ve put together: 1. A video where I walk you through how to recognise if you have fluid retention, the most common reasons it happens (beyond hormones!), and the simple things you can start doing straight away to reduce it. 2. A PDF handout with specific foods and herbal teas that help your body release excess fluid naturally and reduce inflammation at the same time. 3. This week’s meal plan, which includes recipes built around many of the foods that support healthy fluid balance and help reduce puffiness, swelling, and bloating. Let me know in the comments if you have any questions about fluid retention or what you’re experiencing personally. A reminder that our next live session is coming up in December 22nd 5.30 pm (it will be recorder and uploaded later). Check the Calendar tab at the top to get the access link (nothing to download — just click the link on the day to join). PS. If you haven't yet: Download the Skool App for quick access wherever you are: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skool.skoolcommunities&hl=en_AU I have added few photos for the teas I recommend. Keep the sunshine in your pocket :) Kelli

This video on inflammation/fluid retention is relevant to me as I have had very bad fluid retention around my left ankle which the dr thought may be caused by a blood clot. Luckily, after various scans that wasn't the case although they couldn't find what was causing it. I have bad circulation, ie. varicose veins, particularly in that leg so I thought maybe that might be the cause plus hot weather exacerbates it as well. Raising my leg as I sit has helped a lot. Interesting that stress may be a probable cause. Thanks for all the info!
When Giving Starts Costing You More Than It Helps.
As women, we get so used to giving our time away that we barely notice it happening. Everyone else comes first… and somehow we always end up last on our own list. And we think it’s normal. But whats the energy we give from that place? It affects everything — our own health and everyone around us. In this video, I want to explore what really happens when we’re running on empty, ways it shows up in our relationships, and how small shifts — tiny pockets of time, simple boundaries — can change how we feel. And how we lead. Especially in front of our kids. And please, I need to hear all the wise advice from all of you. any little shifts that have worked for you ?

Very well said, Kelli. As women I think we naturally believe that we need to be available for everyone else in our lives but I have found that as I am getting older that I am protecting whatever energy that I have and just saying no to what does not benefit me. Even going for a walk several times a week I feel has helped me with destressing. It's not easy to say no but I think it is definitely important to put ourselves first sometimes. If you're not happy, then it has a ripple effect on your family. Easier said than done but it's worth it!!
