Weekly Content - Meal Plan - Every Thursday, I upload a new meal plan for the coming week, complete with recipes and a shopping list. This gives you plenty of time to read through it and plan your shopping for the week ahead. You can follow it step by step or simply choose your favourite meals — it’s all about what works best for you. Every Sunday is DO WHAT YOU WANT DAY - no recipes to follow :) - Short Video - Each week, there will be a video on a different health topic — quick, easy-to-apply tips to improve your energy, digestion, hormones, and overall wellbeing. - Handouts, Cheat Sheets, or Tips - Each week, I’ll add 1–2 downloadable resources to help you put the advice into practice. Monthly Live Sessions - Once a month, all members are invited to a live session in the hub. Ask questions, share feedback, discuss what’s working, and get motivated alongside the group. - You will see the live dates in the calendar section. For access you just click the link and you are in ! No need to download anything. - All live sessions are recorded so you can watch them whenever it suits you best. Accessing Past Weeks - When the current week ends, everything is archived under the Classroom section. Here you can find folders for all meal plans, tips, mindset vault, and more, so you can always go back and access past resources.
