Hi! This week we’re diving into supergreens — spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and wheat grass — what they actually do in the body, how they differ, and how to use them properly (without the common mistakes that often leave people bloated, underwhelmed or giving up too quickly).
Supergreens can be incredibly supportive for energy, detox pathways, gut health and inflammation — but only when they’re chosen and used correctly.

I’ve put together:

I also share practical ideas for where and how to use supergreens so they actually fit into real life.
