ALL SELLERS WANTED!
Two things I want to make you aware of which might have a negative impact on your sales. I have recently found out by mistake through a customer from France that Etsy is supressing your listings. Yes it's a thing. What does this mean? Etsy is showing only certain listings or none at all, depending on regional laws or just algorithm manipulation, or a combination of both. I had listings which the customer was looking for and I sent the links directly, which he couldn't access as they were blocked in France. Etsy calls it "Geo-suppression". To be fair I was not surprised to find this out as it just enforces what I was suspecting for a while now. SECOND ISSUE and this is a big one: Do yourself a favour and check for your artwork on Temu or eBay as it might be there, sold by others. I have found my artwork being sold across multiple shops on both Temu and eBay, in the thousands... I already filed multiple Intellectual property reports with Temu and I'm trying to get the shops removed, unfortunately they are not as strict as Etsy so I have to keep pushing them. This is where a collective effort would hopefully be successful. With eBay, I am waiting to enrol in their VeRO programme which will allow to report the infringing content. If you do find any infringing content, below are some links and materials to help you. https://www.temu.com/intellectual-property-complaint.html. https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/resources/verified-rights-owner-profiles Get your artwork removed, especially now before the holidays, don't let them profit off your work.

How are you finding the stolen artwork? Are you using Image Search?
Help with upscaling...
Hey! I'm new and just getting started. I've got my first few listings on Etsy and excited to keep going. The one thing I am unsure of is if I am upscaling my images correctly? I'm creating them on Midjourney and using the upscale button on there before I download. I'm then resizing the image manually on my computer to the maximum pixel and quality in Jpeg format. So my images are 9000x12780 and 96dpi. Is this sufficient, or should the dpi be higher? If so, is there a free way to do this? Most upscaling softwares I've looked at promote 'free' but are actually paid after a trial.

The dpi reported by your PC is your monitor's dpi. It is meaningless for your needs. To determine the true dpi for your case (or anyone else's) take the physical dimensions you will be using for the printed poster and the pixel dimensions of the image, divide the pixel count by the image size in inches (for true dpi) or in mm/cm for the metric equivalent. For example if you are printing on letter paper at 8.5x11 inches your dpi is: 9000/8.5= 1058 horizontally and 12780/11=1161 vertically.
Mid Journey Art Quality
Iโ€™ve created images in midjourney and upscale creatively before downloading them, when I preview the image it says it has 72DPI which I donโ€™t believe is enough for printing although Tom has said in his videos that if you upscale creatively it will be good enough quality for resizing to any size. Do I need to do anything else to the image or is it actually ok for resizing and printing as it is?

This is a general comment on dpi for images, especially for digital on-computer images. DPI is sort of meaningless for that. If you create an image of the pixel dimensions as shown by @Mihai Volintiriu then that image will have the correct dpi when printed at the size in the table. DPI readouts for what you are looking at may be telling you the dpi (or ppi) for your monitor, for example, or for an assumed and different print or image size. For example, if you look at the 8"x10" line in the table: 8" at 2400 px is 300 ppi/dpi and 10" at 3000 px is also 300 ppi/dpi. Any other readout on that image is essentially irrelevant.

@Mihai Volintiriu You're welcome. I see confusion about dpi / ppi all over the place. It usually means someone ends up doing a lot more suffering than they should. ๐Ÿ™‚
Bad Conversion Rate
Any tips on how to increase my conversion rate? I have a total of 90 listings so far with just one saleโ€”I clearly need to change something. I'm not sure if my mockups or designs are bad. What else could I improve? I've also been running ads, but so far, no luck. Shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/JourneyWallArt?ref=dashboard-header

This is me denying that I don't know what I'm talking about. Your images are beautiful, but they struck me a not having any "pop" - overly calm and peaceful. That may be what you want, but it left me wanting a little more. I took your Sanibel Island image (as shown in the attached images) and tried a few alternative prompts based on it. They are not great, but I think that they are a little more vibrant. Obviously, not geographically correct, so I am not suggesting you use them as Sanibel Island, but they feel more vibrant to me in some respects. Perhaps less pastel in color choice, especially in the foreground. Perhaps harder lines - less soft focus. Again, this is a totally personal reaction and based on no training in graphics. The alternative images were all done with AI and only approximate what I was trying to illustrate. Please accept this in the attempting to be helpful spirit it was meant, not as a nasty comment that I know it could be misconstrued as.

@Isak Stokland I used Artistly. I generated a sample for someone in another Skool group who also asked what I had used. At that point I created an affiliate account. Here's that link https://paykstrt.com/48893/162713 As with all affiliate links, it doesn't cost you any more. Just a caution: what I did is feed it your image to get a prompt describing the image and then edited it and submitted it. I did not say "give me a picture of Sanibel Island for...". Having written that last sentence I paused and did say "give me a picture of Sanibel Island". The results are attached. I did it twice. The upper row is the second try, in which I also said, "don't include any text". The AI did not listen. It has other modes for good text, which I did not use. Some of these are not bad, I think, and do have a little more punch. None of them have the right lighthouse, but I used a very brief prompt and did not describe the lighthouse.
