Advice needed...customer claiming not received package
I need some advice. I've had a repeat customer come back and order a second poster (yay!), however today I have received a message telling me that she hasn't had the parcel. She's stating that it has been left in a safe place and the photo of that safe place is not her house, and she doesn't own the green bin it's been left behind on her property. I have checked the tracking from the first order and the photo provided shows an identical location for both of the deliveries. I know she has received the first order with no issue as she left a 5* review. I could just order a replacement, but I can't help but feel I'm being played. Do I go back with screenshots of the proof of delivery for both orders and challenge her? Or just take the hit and order a replacement and hope she doesn't request a refund next time??? What would you do?

Thank you, Mihai. I didn't realise we could do this so I'm really pleased I asked. Appreciate your help.
Off Site Etsy Ads???
Hi guys, I've had a sale come through today (which is great) but I've noticed Etsy has taken £2.40 for an offsite marketing ad? This is the first time I've seen this, and I'm not running ads currently. Is this something Etsy does automatically?

@Mihai Volintiriu thank you, that's good to know.
Help with upscaling...
Hey! I'm new and just getting started. I've got my first few listings on Etsy and excited to keep going. The one thing I am unsure of is if I am upscaling my images correctly? I'm creating them on Midjourney and using the upscale button on there before I download. I'm then resizing the image manually on my computer to the maximum pixel and quality in Jpeg format. So my images are 9000x12780 and 96dpi. Is this sufficient, or should the dpi be higher? If so, is there a free way to do this? Most upscaling softwares I've looked at promote 'free' but are actually paid after a trial.

Thanks Tom, any suggestions on how I can increase the DPI?
