Etsy sucks sometimes.
Just need to vent about this absolutely ridiculous situation I'm dealing with right now. A customer left a ONE-STAR review on my shop yesterday whilst their order is literally still in transit. The item hasn't even arrived yet. The tracking shows it's on its way and will be delivered tomorrow (November 10th). Here's what makes this even more infuriating: We're only ONE DAY past Etsy's estimated delivery date for an international shipment from the UK to the US. The customer has had tracking information available the entire time but clearly never checked it. They NEVER messaged me with any concerns before leaving the review. We're shipping internationally, so slight delays are completely normal, especially with the recent US government shutdown affecting postal services. I did everything correctly on my end. The second the review went live, I saw it (because I was online) and messaged them immediately to explain the situation. No response. They leave a damaging one-star review but won't even engage with me to resolve it. I reported it to Etsy and spoke with a live agent. Their response? "Buyers are allowed to leave reviews at any point after the estimated delivery, as reviews reflect their full experience—including shipping." My appeal was DENIED. So let me get this straight—a customer can trash your shop rating because they're impatient, even though the item is actively being delivered within normal timeframes, they haven't received the product, and they refuse to communicate? And Etsy just... allows it? The customer didn't use a single brain cell. They saw it was one day late, didn't check tracking, didn't message me, and just immediately left a one-star review. Absolutely thoughtless.

I had exactly the same the other day, so frustrating as it seems so difficult and impossible to take it down. I tried with Etsy also and they said no so think I’m going to have to make a public response defending myself in some way, is that what you’ll be doing?
Just had my first ever complaint about picture quality.
I have been upscaling my pictures 2x, because upscaling them 4x makes them look a little weird each time. Comparison pics of what 2x vs 4x does to it. How do I get around this? This is obviously super zoomed in much bigger than any print I sell would be. And it is a biro font from Canva if the font itself looks strange.

Have you made sure that the image quality is 300dpi, after I upscale images I still need to export the image in photoshop to 300DPI at the correct px. This could be your issue
Mid Journey Art Quality
I’ve created images in midjourney and upscale creatively before downloading them, when I preview the image it says it has 72DPI which I don’t believe is enough for printing although Tom has said in his videos that if you upscale creatively it will be good enough quality for resizing to any size. Do I need to do anything else to the image or is it actually ok for resizing and printing as it is?
File format in Envato
Hi everyone, I have been downloading mockups from envato but everyone I have tried downloads as a jpg when I believe it needs to be a psd to use in bulkmockup, can anyone help me on how I can download in the correct format or if other mockup websites work better, thank you!
