Double pyramid challenge
Let’s do a double Kettlebell burner! Reps:10-8-6-4-2-2-4-6-8-10 Exercises/sets:row, deadlift, hang cleans, strict press, squats. The duration of a set is your recoverytime before the next set starts. In Total 300 reps, heavy breathing, insane heartrate. I did mine with 2 kb’s 16 kg each and my time was 21:52. Do this as fast as possible, but with proper form.
