Focus Clarity
Would you wonderful and wise Prime Movers be willing to chime in to help me have confidence in my next best step? I am a Meta Ads manager that also provides funnel/customer journey audits - this was something we did for clients in my previous agency job (the WHOLE picture) I'm out on my own now wanting to work with mompreneurs and family owned businesses (online or B&M). I realize this isn't a high ticket avatar usually. SO - I have so many ideas that get me derailed and then still stuck.. But I think to start I need to put all my energy into one of two things and I keep second guessing myself... so either..... A. All in on DFY clients - a higher price point which is good for bills, but more intense energy focus OR B. An audit-type service. A lower price point for essentially one or two days work to go in and look at the funnel/customer journey from offer to LP to ads to emails and provide report of where the drop off is and suggestions of what to implement. (I feel that there are so many resources on how to structurally set up, but not much on how to find problems once you implement...) Thoughts?? 🙏 Or maybe something I'm not thinking of??

You’re thinking about this the right way. If confidence and traction are the goal, I’d start with A as the short-term engine and B as the long-term lever. DFY clients solve cash flow and give you real-world data fast. The audit offer is actually a great front-end or diagnostic that can naturally ascend into DFY work for the right clients. You don’t need to choose forever you need a sequence. Start where revenue and clarity meet then productize what you learn.

Hello everyone! I'm Sir Charles Cary (USA) and I'm a Peak Performance Strategist that does keynotes on leadership and communication. I've written several books on my topic and I'm a genuine people magnet personally and professionally. My goal is to coach new entrepreneurs on getting started in their business and continuing to keynote for companies and agencies. My biggest challenge is in the follow up! When I'm not working on the professional development side of the mic, I perform with my band and I create music!

Welcome Sir Charles That’s an impressive blend of leadership communication and creativity. Your background in keynotes and writing is a huge asset for new entrepreneurs. Follow-up is a common challenge at that stage so you are definitely in the right room to refine systems that support your natural magnetism. Looking forward to learning from you and that band sounds awesome too.

Intro.... better late than never!
Howdy everyone! I'm Ernie, I live in a small Texas town of about 500! The best thing about that is, I need to drive about 2 hours before I hit any traffic!!! haha I am in network marketing and also learning and promoting digital marketing. I think being here and learning from you all will take me to another level! After hearing Russell speak at the Go Pro Event in December, I had to get in on this! I am blown away by what he talked about and am HUNGRY to learn more, implement and teach my team these tactics.

Welcome, Ernie! Sounds like you’ve got the best of both worlds small-town peace and big ambition. Love the hunger to learn and implement, especially with the goal of teaching your team. You’re definitely in the right place to level up after Go Pro. Looking forward to growing alongside you!

Understanding the subconscious is one thing. Building a business that survives the sale is another. 🧪
Most people get excited about a "genius framework" because it sounds simple on a slide. But logic tells you that if the infrastructure isn't there to support the weight of those sales, you’re just accelerating your own collapse. I’ve been diving back into the Edward Bernays 'Propaganda' text Russell provided, and it's clear: “Invisible government... is necessary to the orderly functioning of our group life.” In business, that "invisible government" is your Architecture. I’ve spent the last week in the lab auditing where these frameworks break under pressure. It’s almost always a 'Complexity Tax' issue—too much human effort where there should be systems. I put together a Clinical Diagnostic to find these specific leaks. If you want to see if your engine is actually built for the scale you're chasing, I've pinned the tool to my bio. Back to the lab. 🤫⚙️

This is a sharp distinction. Frameworks create momentum, but architecture determines whether that momentum compounds or collapses. Most scaling failures I’ve seen aren’t persuasion problems they’re system load issues where human effort becomes the bottleneck. Treating infrastructure like “invisible government” is a powerful lens for building businesses that can actually survive success.
