Podcast is up !
The podcast is recorded, live the first one and recorded the first 8. We released the first one, then the guy helping to post... his PC died, so not sure if the recorded ones (7 left) are still alive or deleted... The first one aired las friday. (Here you can find it) So the truth is, no one knows that the second one was supposed to be live on monday (yesterday... bc we want to run mon-wed-fri). I am surpricingly not stressed hehehehe if we have to record them all again... well, thats fine. The project is fun, we are aiming for fun, and I have a friend with me on the podcast. So, if they all were deleted, more fun to come. (but I hope they are still alive hehehehe) *Ps, its spanish, but a like on YT if you can will help a lot!

Master Salesmanship - Napolean Hill. ctd
In the first part of the Review on his series on Master Salesmanship, Hill describes accurate thinking, or having a positive mental attitude, and how he achieved this state. This continued review (parts 3,4,5) are examples of how Belief, and a positive mental attitude, was actually used. If you have read 'Think & Grow Rich' and other Hill's works, you will be familiar with the traits of a master salesman and the 17-principles of the Success formula as well as many of the stories presented here. Hill does break down the formula & Belief and how in four steps, he was able to acquire the necessary financing (equivalent of then $100K) to start his magazine. This is one of my favorite stories as it shows how creative one can be when needed. What really stood out for me was the diversity of the types of businesses and different strategies or plans that this worked to provide the desired results. What all of them had in common was a definiteness of purpose, unwavering Belief, an organized plan of action, and focused persistence. I will briefly mention the traits, as someone new to this, that I will be working on during this new year. First, I will need Controlled Attention, not just a positive attitude and focus on the outcome. I will need to keep this vision throughout the process and especially interacting with clients. Also, having a Magnetic Personality wins buyers and more importantly keeps them so I can develop a long-lasting coaching relationship. Finally, the right personality is also necessary for bringing in the right associates for a successful, harmonious Mastermind Alliance.

@Teresa Wolfe Thank you for sharing your detailed thoughts on Napoleon Hill’s Master Salesmanship! I appreciate how you’ve highlighted the importance of belief, a positive mental attitude, and having a clear purpose in achieving success. The story of Hill securing funding for his magazine is truly inspiring and a great reminder of how creative thinking and persistence can overcome challenges. I also like your focus on traits like controlled attention and a magnetic personality, as they are critical not only in sales but in building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and collaborators. Your plan to apply these principles in the new year is inspiring—I’m sure they will help you achieve your goals while staying true to Hill’s teachings. Wishing you much success in your journey and a prosperous year ahead!

You need to 10X what you do
10X Mentality: I thought this was BS but Grant Cardone was right, to the dot So Grand Cardone has written a book called "The 10X Rule" and his thesis is basically that you need 10 times more action than you expect to achieve an outcome. It's true, here's my story: This was around 3 weeks after I started into door to door sales. With that I mean walking up to people and selling them free solar consultations. Should be pretty easy, right? I just need a phone number and its's a fully free thing... but hell nah haha. But since we are optimists over here we think everything is possible, so I set my goal. Get 3 collected leads for free solar consultations every day. I would know 60 times a day, so: 60 knocks = 3 generated leads == 20 knocks per generated leads I went ahead and got knocking, in the beginning I started with just 15 a day and worked my way up to 60 a day. We're now 170 knocks in and still 0 generated leads (for a fully free consolation). Until at around the 3 week mark, when I got my first ever door to door generated lead! After 199 knocks, instead of 20. Yes I really needed around 200 knocks for a lead instead of 20. So Grant Cardone was right, on the dot. TL;DR: It really is just volume. 10X your inputs and then look again. Ended up doing 6,6x the amount of knocks in a day than when I was starting (100 knocks vs. 15) (Not in Door to door anymore, tho I though this would be interesting to share for any industry)
You need to 10X what you do

@Vincent B. John Interesting story! But here’s a thought: How do you 10X your results without 10X-ing the effort? Is it just about volume, or could smarter strategies like refining your pitch, targeting better prospects, or leveraging tools make the same impact with less grind?
What If Your Fear Is the Sign You’re Ready?
I know it feels overwhelming. Starting something new… Making a change… Taking that first step. It’s not because you don’t want it badly enough. It’s because the stakes feel high. You’re not lazy. You’re not unmotivated. You care. You care so much it’s paralyzing. What if it doesn’t work? What if you get it wrong? Let me tell you something: Your fears aren’t a flaw—they’re a sign of how much you want this. And I’ve been there. Standing in the same spot, staring down the same doubts. Here’s what I learned: You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start. One step. One choice. One decision to say, “I’m ready.” 🚀 - James
