You need to 10X what you do
10X Mentality: I thought this was BS but Grant Cardone was right, to the dot So Grand Cardone has written a book called "The 10X Rule" and his thesis is basically that you need 10 times more action than you expect to achieve an outcome. It's true, here's my story: This was around 3 weeks after I started into door to door sales. With that I mean walking up to people and selling them free solar consultations. Should be pretty easy, right? I just need a phone number and its's a fully free thing... but hell nah haha. But since we are optimists over here we think everything is possible, so I set my goal. Get 3 collected leads for free solar consultations every day. I would know 60 times a day, so: 60 knocks = 3 generated leads == 20 knocks per generated leads I went ahead and got knocking, in the beginning I started with just 15 a day and worked my way up to 60 a day. We're now 170 knocks in and still 0 generated leads (for a fully free consolation). Until at around the 3 week mark, when I got my first ever door to door generated lead! After 199 knocks, instead of 20. Yes I really needed around 200 knocks for a lead instead of 20. So Grant Cardone was right, on the dot. TL;DR: It really is just volume. 10X your inputs and then look again. Ended up doing 6,6x the amount of knocks in a day than when I was starting (100 knocks vs. 15) (Not in Door to door anymore, tho I though this would be interesting to share for any industry)
You need to 10X what you do

@Tony Klein I've only read like 1/4th of it but this was the main takeaways I had

Dear Entrepreneur, it’s ok to not be doing great every day. To not be always 100%. Some days are just shit. It's the accumilation of a lot of days shit and great that leads to ultimate greatness!

Your thoughts shape your reality
If you are a Tony Robbins fan, you may know that his favorite book is As a Man Thinketh-1912, James Allen I am not a Tony Robbins fan But I do love James Allen! Allen’s timeless message is simple yet profound: ā€œA man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.ā€ In essence, your life reflects your innermost beliefs and mental patterns. But what does this mean for you? The Power of Thought Every thought you entertain is like a seed. Positive, empowering thoughts plant the seeds of growth, success, and joy. Negative or limiting thoughts sow frustration, failure, and stagnation. Over time, these seeds grow into the habits, actions, and outcomes that define your life. For example: • A person who constantly thinks, I am capable of achieving my goals, builds confidence and takes inspired action toward success. • Conversely, someone who dwells on thoughts like, I’ll never succeed, creates barriers that block progress. Allen emphasizes this truth: ā€œYou are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you.ā€ Turning Awareness Into Action 1. Guard Your Mind: Become mindful of your thoughts. What are you telling yourself throughout the day? Are your thoughts aligned with the reality you want to create? 2. Reframe Negativity: When negative thoughts arise, don’t fight them—acknowledge and replace them. Shift from I can’t do this to I’m learning and growing every day. 3. Visualize Success: Imagine the life you want as though it’s already yours. Feel the emotions of that reality—joy, peace, abundance—and let them guide your actions. The Reflection Principle Allen reminds us that life mirrors our thoughts: ā€œThe outer conditions of a person’s life will always be found to reflect their inner state.ā€ If you desire change, it starts within. By cultivating a disciplined, optimistic mind, you can transform your circumstances over time. Your Life is a Garden Think of your mind as a garden. What will you plant today? Thoughts of gratitude, perseverance, and purpose? Or will you let weeds of doubt and fear grow unchecked?

Here’s the number one secret to remember what you learn!
As I have been working on my course, I am learning about how we learn. Now there are more things that you can do to remember more, but I don’t want you to be overwhelmed. As Tony Robbins has said, ā€œComplexity is the enemy of execution.ā€ So here’s the one thing you can start doing to remember more of what you learn from Russell and the other Funnel Hackers. The secret is actively recalling what you read, watch, or listen to. This means we bring everything back to mind and write it down before we check the answers. One of the simplest ways to do this is to summarize watch you learn in your own words. Doing this will help you retain what you learn so that you don’t have to watch or read the same thing over and over again.

100%. What I like to do aswell is acctually write a real pdf guide on the topic like an ebook. This requires so much understanding that you become a master by writing it
Having a poopy Monday? šŸ’© Let’s turn it around by finding beauty in even the messiest moments! 🌈✨
Sometimes, we label certain days or feelings as ā€œpoopy,ā€ hoping they’ll just pass us by. As a nurse, I know how uncomfortable it is to talk about poop – but here’s the thing: our poop tells us a lot about our health! 🩺🧩 We’ve been conditioned to ignore even the most natural parts of ourselves, covering them up with fragrances and avoiding them as much as possible. But if we don’t check in on these signs, how will we ever catch important cues about our health? šŸ‘€ Think about it: size, texture, smell, color, frequency – these all matter, just as much as the signs we choose to notice (or ignore) in our business lives. šŸ“šŸ“Š Are we covering up uncomfortable areas with ā€œfragrancesā€ instead of addressing what we know needs our attention? As business owners, it’s tempting to avoid looking too closely at the messier parts – like the security of our website, the speed of our customer interactions, or the first impression we’re giving online. šŸ–„ļøšŸ’” Yet these ā€˜poopy’ details are essential for a thriving business. The truth is, each challenging day or task we face is here to teach us something valuable. šŸŒ±šŸ’Ŗ Preventing issues in business, just like in health, starts with awareness and a proactive approach. Investing in the wellness of your business says you care, not just about the growth of your brand, but about all the people it touches – your clients, your team, and even your own family. šŸŽšŸ”ā¤ļø So, next time you’re faced with a poopy moment, take it as an opportunity to check in, learn, and improve. Are you ready to dig deeper and bring new health to your business? šŸŒŸšŸ’¼ Connect with us today to see how proactive creativity can turn challenges into growth. Even the ā€˜poopiest’ days can fertilize the brightest futures! šŸŒ»šŸŒž
